This VILLA is located in the sunny and warm southwest of Madeira Island, in the small village of Prazeres. From here, you have a magnificent view of the Atlantic Ocean and the mountains.
Prazeres Parish is located 140 meters above sea level, in Calheta, on the southwest coast of Madeira Island. As the name implies, this place offers many attractions for those who love the view of the sea, with a mild climate and average temperatures.
With stunning views, apparently distant places, in perfect combination with the ocean, exclusive meeting points between land and sea. At Prazeres Parish you can go hiking.
Due to the climatic conditions with mild temperatures, mild winters and hot summers, agriculture is the main support of the majority of the population.

The property was located in prazeres directly across from a supermarket and lovely restaurant.
The villa was large. There is plenty of space for everyone to sit snd eat. The living areas inside gave versitility for s larger group.
The bedrooms were all different but clean with comfortable beds.
The bathrooms had space for all of our products as well as enough mirrors etc. The showers were powerful and hot.
The two washing machines were useful.
The kitchen had s great oven and lots of glasses, cups, pans etc. The large fridge was invaluable.
There was even shopping bags for us to use and Tupperware boxes for food storage.
The outside was basic but fine. There were a few chairs and a couple of loungers. There looked like there had been some gardening done recently and it would soon mature.
Over all a great location for exploring the island and for our group of 8 the villa was perfect.
The owner was easy to contact and very helpful.
