We had a great stay overall. The breakfast was excellent — always fresh and served at the table, which was a really nice touch. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, and the hotel itself is quiet and peaceful.
One of the highlights was the beautiful view, especially when having breakfast outside — truly a great experience.
The parking is very convenient, although it involves driving through a very narrow and steep street, which can be a bit challenging at first.
The room was on the smaller side, but that seems quite typical for Madeira. It was, however, very clean and well maintained.
All in all, a calm and pleasant place to stay. Highly recommended.
We visited during Storm Theresa and unfortunately all levadas were closed. This impacted our stay, but it is of course nothing the hotel could do anything about.

The room was lovely, and the view was impressive.
The WiFi wasn't working when we first arrived, but once I informed the staff, they were able to fix it.

Breakfast was good, location is also good despite the access, it's a extremely narrow road to access.
