Excellent location, beautiful setting, and very good facilities, but the highlight of my stay was without doubt Mercilia. She was welcoming, professional, attentive, and genuinely went out of her way to make my stay terrific. Her friendly approach and excellent customer service made a real difference throughout my visit. Mercilia is a fantastic asset to the company and represents it exceptionally well. Staff like her are what turn a good stay into a memorable one.

Very friendly and helpful staff! We had a few issues during our stay which were resolved quickly.
The place has a beautiful view and is well located if you drive.

Huge rooms, nice gardens, balinese style
Jacuzzi, pool, natural pool
We had a bath on our terrace
No facilities, no honesty bar, staff was not so kind, they were working in the hotel.
The noise was disturbing

the views are stunning, it has a cool pool and we had spacious room with a lot of privacy.
the Buddha theme in Madeira doesn’t work for me and is confusing.
it makes the entire space and particularly the rooms cluttered and chaotic.
the personnel are indifferent and clueless.
