Great location, but lack of essentials and hidden costs

On the positive side, the location is excellent for skiers as it is very close to the lift. The house features a lovely yard, a convenient parking spot right in front, and a very spacious living room. The beds were also exceptionally comfortable.

However, we were very disappointed by the hidden costs. The requirement to pay additional for electricity was not mentioned anywhere in the original listing; we were only informed about it during check-in. To make matters worse, we were hit with a surprisingly high bill at the end. The calculation seemed arbitrary (estimated 'by eye') and lacked transparency, especially since we were out all day and primarily used the pellet stove rather than the electric radiators. Additionally, the house was not stocked with basic essentials. There was no toilet paper at all, no dishwasher tablets, and trash bags (despite being asked to separate the trash). Even though there was a coffee machine, no coffee was provided. For the price charged, these basics, as well as standard electricity consumption should be included.

Great apartment with perfect location for family vacation

Apartment is perfectly located just across Nockalmbahn ski lift. It has covered parking and dedicated room for skies and ski shoes. Two bedrooms are great for families with two kids. It's clean and warm. Kitchen has full set of cutlery and all necessary appliances.

Apartment is located in quiet part of the village but the only downside is that nearest supermarket is couple kilometers away. Beside that everything is great.

Exceptional

Location is great, 5 min with car from bad kleinkencheim. Apartment has older furniture, but everything is clean, smells good, the bed is very comfortable. There is also a nice balcony. The owners are really nice, we neded some water to wash our bikes and they set us up rightaway. There is also a place to park you car in a new garage, which fits 4 cars. Everything perfect, except the weather, we had 4 storms in a day while we were there. Perfect location if you want to go on flow country trail on the hill, that is seen from the balcony. The trail is sooo good so i recomend everyone to try it, if you are here in summer

house was very cold, but it was a late booking so not much time to heat it before hand. shower over bath with no screen was a bit messy.

Nice stay, but extra paid heating

Very spacious apartman, very good equipped. Host was really helpfull, answered all our questions. Really comfortable beds! And the view from the leaving room at Alps. Skiing slope was 200 m from the apartman - really close. Parking with roof.

The biggest minus was the electrical heating extra paid - we had no idea before we came to the apt. it wasn't written on Booking.com - it was the first time we met such a problem. But at the end we paid only part of fee (during stay we really try to save energy, so it was a little bit cold). The at was a little bit humid.

Very helpful host, even brought round two slives of homebaked coffee cake.

Location was an easy walk to the lift, but had to drive (or take bus) to restaurants. Appartmnet was roomy for two people and beds very comfotable with ability to raise ends (useful when my wife broke her leg).

Quite limited cooking facilities, no oven (only a microwave) and only two sockets in Kitchen which were shared between Kettle, microwave, and coffee machine so forever plugging things in and out. Not much natural light in kitchen or bathroom.

Unser nächster Winterurlaub, wirklich alles TOP Haben das Chalet auf der Durchreise erkundet und auch gleich dort übernachtet. Direkt neben der Nockalmbahn-zu Fuß zum Lift. Schön gewärmte saubere Wohnungen mit rustikaler Einrichtung, so wie wir es gerne mögen. Super cooler Ausblick auf die Kaiserburg, flacher eingezäunter Garten direkt vorm Haus. Neue Carports für 4 Autos. Großer Gemeinschaftsraum im Erdgeschoß wo wir alle Platz finden werden. Wir freuen uns schon auf unseren Urlaub 😊!

Lo consiglierei, con qualche suggerimento però ...

Il soggiorno è stato gradevole. Abbiamo pranzato in 3 famiglie con 2 bimbi ciascuna nel soggiorno dell'appartamento al piano terra,quindi soggiorno spazioso. Acqua calda sempre disponibile. Molto bello il giardino.

I bagni puliti ma inaccettabile la mancanza di una tenda necessaria quando si usa la vasca come doccia. La mancanza della luce quando si sale dai garage, Probabilmente rotta. Abbiamo trovato degli insetti nelle posate , Probabilmente non venivano usate da tempo. Cucina pulita ma le stoviglie da rilavare una volta arrivati sul posto.

Fijn appartement, vooral in de zomer wanneer je buiten kunt gebruiken

Wij hadden het onderste appartement, wel speciaal gekozen zodat de kids en de hond lekker buiten konden spelen. Bedden zijn prima. De tuin was heerlijk. Hele aardige mensen en mooie omgeving, dicht bij het dorp en de gondel. Het appartement is van alle gemakken voorzien. En zelf een trampoline voor de kinderen. Omdat het weer een beetje tegen viel, waren we door onze “warme” kleding heen, dit is heel lief voor ons gewassen.

Voor ons idee is het appartement wel te oud, zou wel wat geüpdate mogen worden. Want met tapijt op de vloer voelt het een beetje smoezelig. Wij hadden een onverklaarbare stank de hele week, heel vervelend voor ons maar ook voor de eigenaren. Maar einde van de week konden we elke cent aftikken, zoals 14 euro stroom. Zelf zou ik daar wat mee gedaan hebben. Aangezien totaal niet gezeurd hebben over de vieze lucht. Verder deed de wifi het vaak niet en douchen in bad zonder gordijn zorgt voor een waterballet..

Super lokacija apartmaja.

Apartma je v zimskem času zelo zelo mrzel in ni bilo mogoče spati v sobah, saj jih ni bilo mogoče segreti na več kot 16 stopinj, zato smo spali kar v dnevni sobi. BODITE PAZLJIVI: Lastnik za ogrevanje apartmaja uporablja električne radiatorje, le v dnevni sobi je še dodatna peč na pelete. Radiatorji so seveda greli ves čas, a kljub temu je bilo zelo zelo mraz v kopalnici in sobah. Kar je najbolj sporno od vsega je to, da ti naredi poračun apartmaja šele zadnji dan, pred odhodom in ti računa tudi porabo elektrike (to smo doživeli prvič). V apartmajih smo spali dve noči (čez dan bili izven apartmaja - smučanje + terme) in kljub temu plačali po 8 € elektrike na dan, kar je nerealno, saj bi to pomenilo cca. 240 €/mesec!
