Beautiful apartment in a quiet part of Bad Kleinkirchheim

Beautiful apartment, very peaceful enviroment overlooking th emountain. The apartment is very well equipped, the bed in the bedroom was super comfortable and the hosts were extremely kind and flexible. The communal room has a variety of board games, you can find table teenis as well as a big trampoine outside. Parking just in front of the reception so no problems with luggage. And as a great bonus, summer Karnten card is provided which means free activities for everyone. Highly recommended!

Relax in Bad Kleinkirchheim

Nice and helpful hosts, good location near the center. Spacious apartment with spectacular terrace and mountain view.

The apartment is designed for longer stays so with just two nights we would have had to buy a lot of disposable stuff for just a one time use. Maybe could be nice to provide some more basic things to avoid having to buy them.

Great stay in spacious, well-equipped lodge!

Our stay at Nockberge Lodge was absolutely wonderful! From the very first moment, the staff was incredibly helpful and accommodating—we were even able to check in earlier than the official time. The apartment was spotlessly clean, bright, and spacious, making it perfect for the five of us. They went above and beyond to meet all our special requests, including adding an extra person to our group and allowing a late check-out. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed, and the thoughtful touches—extra towels in the bathrooms, additional pillows on the beds, and soft, fluffy blankets—made our stay even more comfortable. We especially loved the two balconies, which were a great bonus, and the cozy common room with a fireplace and a fantastic selection of board games. Our dog also had a great time exploring the enclosed garden. Overall, we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We truly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend Nockberge Lodge to anyone looking for a welcoming and well-equipped place to stay!

Although the lodge's description mentioned direct access to the slopes and ski lifts, we found this not to be the case. We either had to take the bus (which conveniently stops right in front of the hotel) or drive a short distance. However, it was definitely not within walking distance—especially when wearing ski boots! Additionally, we purchased our ski passes at the lodge, paying a €5 deposit per card. We were assured this deposit would be refunded upon returning the cards on our last day. However, despite handing them back, we never received the €25 refund for the five cards, nor was it deducted from our final bill. Unfortunately, we only noticed this after leaving, as the printer wasn’t working, and the invoice was sent to us afterward. We reached out via email and Booking.com regarding this issue but have yet to receive a response. Another downside was the general lack of responsiveness to messages. Before our arrival, we attempted to contact them via Booking.com and email but never received a reply. That said, once we arrived, communication was much easier—they answered phone calls and responded when we reached out. However, it's worth noting that the reception was not always staffed during the stated opening hours, so we often had to call or ring a bell to get assistance.

Great place!

The place is newly decorated, impeccably clean and in a great location. The apartment is equipped with everything we needed for our 5-day stay. This was our first trip with a pet and we really enjoyed it.

Superb

Everything was great, the size of the room, the common areas with board games abd blackboard. I loved the pastry service, even though we did not manage to use it. I loved the size and equipment of the outside terrace as well. Everything was very clean. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Only a few kitchen utensils were missing (salad bowl, cereal bowl etc).

Clean and spacious rooms with a beautiful view of the mountain. Ana and Gabriela's advice helped us a lot to get to know the mountain quickly and beautifully. Transportation is close, thermal baths are close, everything is adapted to vacation and great socializing.

Very clean, warm and cozy.

Large apartment, very warm and cozy. Just enough for two people. it was very clean, bed is comfy. kitchen has everything you need for cooking. we got towels, dish detergent, hair dryer, kitchen rags… all in all, it was great! also, hosts are amazing! they spoke our language so it was very easy to communicate. They even offer delivery of fresh baked goods every morning.

Pleasant family stay in Bad

We liked pretty much everything - the location is nice, 10-15 min walk or a short bike ride to Kaisergurgbahn. The apartment had a nice balcony view to the mountains. It was cosy, clean and spacious, fully equipped. Staff was helpful and kind.

The whole lodge is freshly renovated, comfortable, clean, kitchens are well equipped, with everything you might need, staff very friendly and helpful. The common space is perfect for hanging out in the evening. We came with friends and stayed over weekend for skiing, it was perfect, we'll come again!

Great location, kind hosts and really cosy lodge with the best winter feeling.

Everything. The hosts are really nice, warm, kind and helpful. They arranged ski passes for us, they had sleighs for our little ones, they had everything we needed. Also, the lodge is few minutes walk to the centre (not with skis and ski shoes of course) and they have two big SPA's.

Nothing special to dislike.

Unterkunft im Großen und Ganzen empfehlenswert - bis auf Abstriche bezüglich Fernseher.

Lage war super - Ausstattung, speziell das Badezimmers ebenfalls super - Größe der Wohnung super .

Eine Unterkunft in Österreich OHNE österreichisches Fernsehen habe ich bis dato noch nicht erlebt. Außerdem kann man den Fernseher auch durchaus gerade aufhängen - ist auch nicht mehr Aufwand bei der Montage.
