Dobra lokalizacja, bliskość tras narciarskich, spokojna okolica

Appartamento molto grande, con due camere spaziose, due terrazzini, frigo, congelatore e forno. Lavatrice e asciugatrice sono al piano terra, molto utili, anche se in comune con altri condomini. Bagno con doccia molto spazioso.

La pulizia é da migliorare, c’erano diverse ragnatele sulle finestre, il frigo era sporco e il forno molto sporco. Le tende oscuranti non oscurano bene, pertanto potrebbe dare fastidio a chi è abituato a dormire al buio. Nel complesso, però, ci siamo trovati bene. Posizione ottima per sfruttare tutti i servizi compresi nella Carinzia card (acquistata all’ufficio informazioni).

Die Lage ist super für kleine Wanderungen in der Gegend und die Infrastruktur ist allgemein sehr gut im Ort.

Stühle für den Balkon und eine Kaffeemaschine würden den Komfort noch mehr aufwerten.

The apartment is well located. The ski slope is is near (200m).

We didnt met the owners, the communication was a bit problematic. First of all it was interesting for me that we should "rent the towels and sheets" for extra fee, but I was stubborn so we got it as a gift. The electricity is also not so correct, because you are informed that you have to pay for it...but you are not informed that the heating works with electricity. When we stayed there the whole house (there are more apertement in the big house) was empty, we almost freezed every night because the heating-panels were weak. They were weak, but "fortunately" they need a lot of electricity. The furniture in the livingroom needs upgrade, it would be very good to do a big cleaning expecially in the bathroom, it was disgusting. I think the owners should care more with this project, we spent there seven days but the only communication was this: Left the money on the table for the electricity and please give us a 10 on booking because other travellers were unfair.
