Centrally located spacious apartment few minutes from the spa and main ski lift.

Great, spacious retro styled apartment with balcony viewing the main slope and the Roemerbad. Excellent central position just a few minutes walk from the main lift Kaiserburgbahn and bobsled track. We appreciated tiny, yet well equipped kitchen, where we could cook our own meals. Possibility of taking a warm bath after the whole day of skiing was amazing. There are lockers for your ski equipment in the basement, so you don’t need to walk the stairs in your boots, which gives you extra comfort. (There is even lift in the building.) The host was super welcoming, offering discounts for ski passes that can be purchased in her café next door, in the same building. We had fantastic stay at Natascha´s place!

Perfect location, you can't find anything closer or in a nearby location, Natasa owner is a very kind person, who will help you with everything down to the smallest detail, you can feel very safe, paring garage… spa two minutes away

Great place to stay for skiing, with a kind host.

The apartment is in a great location, it is a couple of minutes walk from the ski lift. It is spacious, has nice views and well-equipped. The host was very kind and helpful. There was covered parking garage for the car. We were greeted by chocolate bars and champagne in the room, which is a nice gesture. We really enjoyed staying here.

The wi-fi worked well in the living room, but was quite weak in the back bedroom, so I often had to switch to mobile data. It did not concern me, but it is worth noting that the downstairs car garage has a maximum height of 190 cm, so if you have a ski box on top, you probably cannot use it.

Great apartment, very clean, perfect location right next to Kaiserburgbahn. Natasha was very nice and helpful, would stay here again.

Superb

Natasha was very nice and friendly. She waited for us and helped us to carry the luggage. The welcome bottle of wine was a nice surprise. Elevator access to the parking lot was an important bonus. The apartment has a large terrace with garden armchairs.

For the last two days, there was no hot water. It seems that there was a malfunction in the area. Some furniture elements should be replaced and the bathroom door should be repaired.

Zbog neopravdanog zahtjeva za dodatno plaćanje pokvareno nam je zimovanje u apartmanu Maglov

I would like to submit a complaint regarding our booking at Apartment Maglov in Bad Kleinkirchheim. We booked a four-person apartment via Booking.com. However, the reservation mistakenly showed that only two guests would be staying. In reality, there were four of us. Upon arrival, we were asked to pay an additional €300 on the spot, which we felt pressured to do. As a result, the total price amounted to €958. According to the regular pricing, this apartment costs €658 for four persons. Furthermore, we stayed in the same apartment in March 2025 with five persons and paid €508, which makes the charged price clearly disproportionate and unreasonable. We therefore feel unfairly treated and kindly ask you to review this case and arrange an appropriate refund of the unjustified additional charge.

Bejelentkezeskor megmutattak a szobat ami nem az volt amit foglaltam egy kis lyukat akartak adni azzal a magyarazattal hogy 2 szemely nyugodtan elfer , ez a gond utolag megoldodott kicsereltek az altalam foglalt szallasra ,a szoba szep volt viszont koszos nyomult szag van a folyoso nagyon koszos elhanyagolt kopott ,szerencsenk volt hogy az ajto elott talaltunk porszivot es seprut ,ez a szallas a jelenlegi allapotban semmikeppen sem erdemli a 8 folotti pontozast sajnalom de ez az oszinte velemeny !

Natasa je divna domacica koja nam je uvek bila na usluzi. Bili smo smesteni u apartmanu br 8, sa odvojenom spavacom sobom. Lokacija je prosto savrsena, odmah pored gondole i spa centra. Garaza, ostava za skije i apartman koji je dovoljno velik za 4 osobe, kupatilo i wc su odvojeni, a terasa je vec nesto posebno.
