Great location. Close to ski facilities, spa, shops and supermarkets.

Furniture not in best condition. Upholstery torn apart in few places. Heating not on par due to broken radiator heat modulating knob stuck to low heating.

100 meters from ski lifts. Opposite the thermen. New and nice bathrooms.

One bed in a drawer with a terrible mattress and a grate, behind the drawer were used tissues. The oven described among the equipment was not in the apartment. Old appartement with ugly part - kitchen and living room, quite new part - bedroom and pretty parts - bathrooms.

Pleasant

Apartment is confortable and situated on write place not far from ski slope and spa.

Apartment has exagerated personal touch of the owner ( for example window in living room and dinery overcrouded by cactuses what is not apreciate by everibody and we do not like it at all and shelves are covered by unnecesery junk details that only gather dust). If somebody wants to rent apartment he must make it more neutral and avoid to cover it with excesive personal details.Plase was not cleaned and towels and sheets not changed during one week stay and for this money I think it would be done at least once.

Very good

The best thing about this apartment is definitely location. We were skiing to the ski lift, and also back to the apartment. Maibrunnbahn ski lift is like 50 meters away, and it is perfect if you go here to ski. St Kathrein is like 150 meters away, and to Romerbad you need maybe 3 minutes by car. Thumbs up for the ski room where you could leave your skiis and skii boots.

There was not enough cutlery, they dont have ladle, knives were not sharp at all, you couldnt cut tomato with them. They should invest in new cutlery for sure. There was not enough light in the room, two lamps didn't work. Water from the kitchen sink was flowing very slowly, water pressure was very low.

The aparment is located in the center near Spa center. If you like SPA then this is excellent location. But if you want to ski then this is not the best location. All ski slopes were closed and we had to drive every day to St. Oswald.

The host should inform us that the card that we need to pay and he offered us is not valid for ski. Additionally the host should tell us that the ski slopes in Badkleinkirchheim are closed. We have asked them and they reply that we can ski.

Fewo iat direkt am Berg gelegen, man kann sofort mit dem Skifahren beginnen. Bäcker und Therme 1 min entfernt.

*sehr klein für 4 Personen *Wasser in der Dusche wird maximal lauwarm *Ausstattung und Möbilierungstil Anfang 90er

Lokacija je top, blizu smučišča in blizu term. Kuhinja je bila res dobro opremljena.

Nujno bi bilo potrebno menjati en jogi - spiš dobesedno v luknji. Pričakale so naju smeti predhodnih dopustnikov. Čeprav na obvestilu recepcije piše, da naj vsak odnese svoje smeti (BTW - zapis hitro spregledaš), ne bi bilo odveč, v kolikor bi to čistilka oz. čistilni servis tudi preveril. Menim, da bi apartma z malce barvne osvežitve izgledal bistveno bolje.

Kleine, gut ausgestattete Unterkunft mit guter Lage zum Skilift und sehr schöner Aussicht.

Die Balkontüren / Fenster sind nicht richtig dicht. Es kam kalte Luft herein und eine nahe gelegenen Veranstaltung war es sehr laut zu hören in der Unterkunft. Glücklicherweise nur an einem Abend! 😊
