Excellent place, would come back to it if we are in Bad Kleinkirchheim again

Very nice and comfortable apartment; spacious for a family of four and equipped with all the necessities. Landlord polite, attentive and ready to help if needed. Perfect location, just across the street from the Therme and the gondola.

Perfect skiing holiday!

The location of the apartment was excellent for my family. The Kaiserburgbahn gondola and thermal spa are just across the street. The apartment is well equipped and very clean, and the owner is really kind. I highly recommend this accommodation for families with small children. Hope to visit it again in the future!

It is very big and cosy apartment. We liked having two bathrooms the most. It is very clean and warm apartment with everything you may need. The host, frau Gundula, was very nice and helped us with ski pass and we felt welcome. The location is perfect. Just across the main street is Thermal Römerbad and the ski lift is also very near. We would definitely come back to Koenig apartments.

If I have to find something that I would require extra, it would be a beer mug :), as everything else is already there.

Zadowolony

Wygodny, przestronny w pełni wyposażony apartament. Blisko do wyciągu. Przemiła właścicielka. Psy są akceptowane bez najmniejszych problemów. Miejsce parkingowe pod domem, a obok, w budynku narciarnia. Pełna wygoda i spokój.

Troszkę ciasnawa łazienka, ale nie było to problemem.

Kurzfrsitig gebucht und trotzdem ein paar schöne Tage im Winterurlaub verbracht :-)

Die Schlüsselübergabe wurde von der Vermieterin selbst vorgenommen. Der Kontakt war problemlos und sehr hilfsbereit mit verschiedenen Tipps für die Gestaltung des Aufenthalts mit Aktivitäten und Ausflügen. Für jede Frage oder Anliegen ein offenes Ohr und stets hilfsbereit und Unterstützend. Die Unterkunft ist zweckmäßig und schön eingerichtet. Trotz der Lage in der Nähe der Hauptstrasse ausgesprochen ruhig. Auch die in anderen Bewertungen angesprochene Schiebetür in der großen Wohnung ist kein Problem für uns gewesen. Es ist halt immer Ansichtssache :-)

Tolles Appartement!

Küche (Herd, Backofen, Mikrowelle, Wasserkocher), Wohnzimmer, Schlafzimmer, Badezimmer und Balkon! Alles was man braucht! Therme Römerbad und die Gondel bzw die Sommerrodelbahn zu Fuß erreichbar! Also Lage perfekt! Gastgeberin sehr nett! Kommen gerne wieder!

Siamo stati bene, molte cose da fare in zona, strade belle e piacevoli.

La posizione leggermente decentrata, la pulizia, il nostro posto auto già destinato a noi, e il fatto che è molto fornita di accessori in cucina ed è molto bene organizzata.

Forse la possibilità di avere dall’host la carta della Carinzia per i servizi e gli sconti, che avevamo avuto in altri alloggi e che comunque va presa perché è molto utile
