The concept that I had to pay separately for bed sheets, towels, and tax. It turned out one by one, after I booked the apartment. Having one option that includes everything would be time-saving.

An amazing near lake experience!

I already felt at home since we previously visited Europarcs Pressenger See a couple of times, so we were no strangers this park at all. The location is simply amazing, the houses were almost brand new, you had everything you needed to enjoy your stay. The staff was also super friendly and simply amazing, they gave us recommendations for the things to do near and around the park while we were there.

I think that the main drawback when compared to the other park as that the kitchen didn’t had an oven (had a microwave instead). Secondly, it didn’t had enough cookware for some reason, no cutting board, it had 3 plates (odd number). Bedroom bath, while looking cool at first, soon you realize that it has it’s flaws where you would wet your curtains if you move and accidentally splash them, but if you remove them you will be entirely exposed. Also, an ongoing construction was also a drawback but good thing that the houses were soundproofed!

Schöner Aufenthalt, trotz versteckter Zusatzkosten

Die Lage des Platzes und die große Auswahl der angebotenen Aktivitäten war sehr gut.

Das nicht alle Zusatzleistungen direkt im Angebot mit ausgewiesen wurden. Zusätzlich wurde Umweltabgabe, Touristensteuer, Bettwäsche, Handtücher und ein Hund vor dort nochmals berechnet. Bettwäsche und Handtücher würde ich mir bei dem Gesamtpreis vom Anbieter des Mobilheims inklusive wünschen.

Super Erholsamer Urlaub!

Super Lage / Ruhig / Hunde Willkommen/ Nette Leute. Markt in der nähe zum einkaufen zu fairen Preisen. Gute Gastronomie im Umkreis welche zu Fuß erreichbar sind. Alles in Allem super Aufenthalt Parken direkt bei Unterkunft.

Ein gelungener Urlaub! Dankeschön!

Obwohl der Bungalow nur 60 Quadratmeter hat, haben wir mit 6 Personen gut reingepasst. Sehr gut geschnitten! 3 Schlafzimmer. 1 WC mit Dusche und 1 WC extra. Wohnzimmer mit Küche. Sehr gute und ruhige Lage! Wunderschöne Aussicht! Komfortabel ausgestattet. Schöner See vor der Tür und natürlich die Berge!! Sehr schön!!!! Wir kommen wieder!!!

Ein vollwertiger Backofen wäre nicht schlecht! Wir konnten uns aber mit der Mikrowelle mit Grill anfreunden und haben damit sogar Muffins gebacken!

Bellissimo occhio agli extra

Posizione ottima a pochi metri dalla spiaggia. Strutture nuovissime e moderne, aria condizionata, doccia e vasca in camera molto belle. Letto comodo, prese ovunque. Bollitore e macchina per caffe disponibili. Parcheggio davanti alla porta d'ingresso. Tranquillità e silenzio

Premesso che viaggio sempre prenotando case e appartamenti quindi siamo attrezzati arriviamo sempre con la nostra spesa, macchina da caffe da viaggio, accappatoio... ma in questa struttura mancano alcune cose basiche. Trovo giusto pagare gli extra ma non quello che serve ad esempio per pulire bagno e cucina, basterebbe un detergente spray, qualche spugna e della carta ... Altra cosa che ho trovato non corretta è non essere stata avvisata al momento della prenotazione del divieto di accesso alla spiaggia per i cani dalle 8 alle 20 nonostante avessi specificato che avrei portato il mio amico a 4 zampe.

Prachtige locatie dichtbij het meer!

Hele mooie luxe nieuwe accommodatie met uitzicht op het meer. Accommodatie voelt meer als een compacte luxe woning voorzien van een vaatwasser, airco, 2 toiletten, een ruime (regen)douche, ingebouwd Bluetooth speakers in “de woonkamer” en een heel ruim buitenterras welke voor de helft overkapt is. Bovendien zijn alle ramen en schuifdeuren voorzien van horrengaas.

Wij hebben geen minpunten gevonden aan deze accommodatie. Het was echt super luxe en heerlijk!

Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub im Mobile Home am Ossiacher See.

Das Mobile Home (Seerose 2) ist erstklassig und smart eingerichtet (Klimaanlage, Küche mit Geschirrspüler, Audiosystem, Infrarotheizung). Es gibt eine schöne große Holzterrasse mit Tisch und 2 Stühlen. Der See mit Strand ist 200m entfernt.

Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen, und wir kommen gerne wieder. Als Tip: es wäre schön, wenn Bettwäsche und Handtüchern nicht extra bezahlt werden müssten. In der Küche fehlten Eierbecher. Zwei Liegen für die große Terrasse wären toll.

Super neu, super schön eingerichtet, bequeme Betten, große Terrasse, nahe am See. Villach ist 10 min. mit dem Auto entfernt. Der Ort ist eher ruhig, aber nahe zu anderen Orten, wo man hinfahren kann.

Moderne, wunderschön gelegene Anlage mit supernetten Ansprechpartnern. Gutes Restaurant vor Ort!

Sehr freundliches Personal, jedes Anliegen wurde unmittelbar beantwortet oder gelöst - auch schon im Vorfeld via Anfrage bei der Unterkunft. Wir hatten z.B. keinen Fön dabei, da diese in anderen Ferienparks zur Ausstattung des Bades gehören. Uns wurde wirklich innerhalb kürzester Zeit ein nagelneuer Markenfön gebracht und dies absolut freundlich und professionell. Ein dickes Lob an die gesamte Crew....hier wird Gastfreundschaft gelebt, wirkte nicht aufgesetzt. Die Ansprechpartner hatten stets gute Laune und waren einfach nur toll! In der Anlage gibt es ein Restaurant, in dem man leckere Gerichte essen kann (handmade, keine Tiefkühlprodukte)!. Auch hier wieder nur sehr nette, zuvorkommende Menschen! Die Mobile Homes sind neu, modern, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und in der Küche gibt es ausreichend Geschirr, Besteck etc. Dies ist nicht immer der Fall. Ein Toaster wäre das I-Tüpfelchen...

NICHTS. Der Park befindet sich noch etwas im Aufbau. Wir fragten, ob es in Zukunft geplant sei, Liegen auf den Terrassen zu haben, was wohl kommen soll. Dies sowie ein Fön 😅 im Badezimmer wären toll. Ein Tresor wäre evtl. auch eine Überlegung wert...das sind aber Erfahrungen aus anderen Parcs.

Mobile Homes mit Wohlfühlcharakter! Wir kommen wieder!

Die Mobile Homes sind 1A! Top-Ausstattung und sie haben auch alles zu bieten, das man sich für einen Aufenthalt wünscht! Modern funktionell und von der Aufteilung her durchdacht (Modell "Enzian"). Der große Wohn-/Küchenraum hat Wohlfühlcharakter. Vom ökologischen Aspekt her ist die Verwendung des vielen Holzes (Terrasse, etc..) super, zudem riecht es auch alles gut noch nach frischem Holz. Ich hoffe, dass das auch lange so schön und ansehnlich bleibt! Dass Hunde (nicht nur im Mobil Home) erlaubt sind, ist natürlich auch noch ein großer Pluspunkt!

Leider befindet sich das Areal noch in Bau und nur ein Teil der Mobil Homes sind fertig aufgestellt, sodass ein Baulärm natürlich unvermeidbar war. Ich hoffe, dass es nach Fertigstellung mehr Möglichkeiten zur Müllentsorgung gibt (Entsorgungsmöglichkeit von Glas am anderen Ende des Campingplatzes). Ein kleines Minus vergebe ich für die Handtuchpauschale und die Bettwäschepauschale (die eingehoben wird, obwohl sie selbst zu überziehen und wieder abzuziehen ist) sowie für die sehr hohe Pauschale von 35€ für einen früheren Check In. Sonst alles TOP!
