Good for a longer stay

Location close to supermarkets and city center can be reached in 10-15 minutes on foot. Cleverly designed apartments, clean, decent kitchen with decent amount of equipment. Key pickup was with a code for a box next to the front door so technically the is a 24h reception. There is a parking garage but no need to use it as parking on the street is free.

QR code for parking garage did not work so I had some troubles of getting to my car. Neighbors are audible through the walls.

Very clean and comfortable, well-appointed 2 bed apartment, within walking distance to several supermarkets and launderette, bus stop nearby so if coming by train you can walk, or catch no. 1 or no. 3 buses which stop close by. Pretty garden surrounds, can hire bikes from Papin in town and charge/store in lockable shed by apartment, lovely rides, can catch train and ride back to Villach. Or hire car for some great alpine drives!

The apartment was just like on the picture. The room, the bathroom and the kitchen area was clean. We arrived a little late so we had the code for the keysafe before via e-mail, it was an easy check-in. We parked on the street.

A washing machine would be a good feature, so for families like us, who travel with a child, it could be useful. But otherwise everything was perfect

The apartment was very clean and new, very cozy.

The staff was not very professional. Came to the property an hour late, we had to wait in freezing weather to get our key, although we had done our check-in online to avoid waiting. On the last day the cleaning staff entered the room 10 minutes before 10am (check out time), without even knocking.

That I was not notified prior to arrival that heavy, loud excavation was starting on Oct 11 and we no longer had a parking lot available throughout my stay. It was difficult at times to find a spot on the street.

Disappointing

due to illness I arrived one day later ( I flag this to the apsrtment) but they charged the full prise altough there was No balcony associated to my apartment Which would be very important for Me.When I send message if posssible to change apartment No response received, they Just simply charged for the full amount. Given these circumstances I would have expect paying less, especially due to illness I arrived later and alone.. I will never return back simply waste of money.. also they were not able to Order parking place despite they stated they have ( under construction Which was flagged after Booking)

Spacious and modern apartment, kitchen equipped with everything you’ll need, location walking distance from supermarkets (few minutes) and centre (a bit further, but doable). We really enjoyed the balcony. Communication was good as well.

Very close to the city center, very well equipped apartment, Super clean and comfortable, worth to stay, parking at the property premises. We enjoyed our stay even with our little doggy. Recommended!

Clean comfortable aprtment right next to LKH Villach.

Very clean and comfortable studio apartment a few minutes walk from LKH Villach. Some rooms are even ground level and offer a small patio. A bonus is the free parking lot in front of the house.

Wonderful hotel! My new go-to place to stay in Villach!

My apartment was a large hotel room with a well-outfitted kitchen and patio. Everything was very clean, the bed was comfortable and the shower hot and strong. The location was optimal for me, as the house is next to the hospital, where I was working.
