A gorgeous, brand-new building offering stunning views and excellent facilities. Everything was great throughout our stay. We had a stylish, fully equipped apartment. The breakfast selection was remarkably diverse—it's genuinely impressive for an apartment hotel to provide such high-standard dining. Parking was well-arranged right outside the property, with covered spaces for some guests and convenient on-street parking just steps away for others.
It would probably be a good idea to add a mosquito screen to the bedroom window. The lights were left on for our evening arrival, which unfortunately invited in a few unwelcome bugs, including mosquitoes. Pets aren't allowed in the breakfast room, though to their credit, the staff let us take our breakfast up to the apartment so we could enjoy it together. The only slight shortcoming with the meal was that the scrambled eggs could have been plated a bit more appetizingly.

Appartamento eccellente, nuovo, funzionale, al pian terreno, con giardino. Aria condizionata presente, ma non è mai stato necessario accenderla (periodo 16-25 agosto). Presente cucina attrezzata con stoviglie per piano cottura a induzione, lavastoviglie, lavatrice, alcuni prodotti per igiene e pulizia. Letti molto comodi, parcheggio sempre disponibile. Colazione a buffet, con possibilità di portare via i prodotti. Gentilissime le persone che allestivano la colazione.
Nessuna interazione di persona con i gestori: si fa tutto online e con codici. Comunque le risposte via email sono veloci in caso di richiesta di informazioni o necessità. La colazione è abbondante, ma è sempre la stessa (le torte sono cambiate 1 volta sola in 10 giorni) e potrebbe variare di più.

Top Ausstattung, sehr modern, geräumig, gute Lage, schöner Blick auf den See.
Bei den TV-Programmen besteht Optimierungsbedarf. Es waren weder ORF1 und 2 noch Sky Sport Austria 1 und 2 vorhanden.
