Lovely stay with friendly hosts and spa facilities

Everything was great during our stay. The Eagle Suite is small and compact but very cozy and comfortable. Carla and Stefan are wonderful hosts — very kind, helpful, and always available when needed. There is great attention to detail throughout the property, and it’s also dog-friendly, which we really appreciated. The sauna and pool were a nice bonus and added to the overall experience after skiing. The location is excellent, with the ski bus stopping just 5 meters from the hotel.

The only minor downsides were that hot water was occasionally unavailable on some days, which made showering less relaxing, and the pool could be a bit warmer. Overall, a very enjoyable stay and a place we would gladly recommend.

One of the best in the area

The Nordic lodge is definitely a more modern, quirky and luxurious choice in that area comparing to other accomodation choices. It's conveniently located, up the hill so away from the main road and has stunning views of the mountains. Supermarkets are within walking distance. The indoor pool and saunas are a nice addition although we didn't make use of any. Our apartment was very spacious with a beautiful big balcony and overall had a cosy feeling. Beds were very comfortable. The hosts were friendly enough and made a few recommendations.

We booked 6 nights at the Nordic lodge as we wanted to have a longer time in one location at the end of our Austrian trip. Bad Kleinkirchheim probably doesn't need 6 nights so looking back on our trip I wouldn't have booked the longest part of our trip there. I was hoping there'll be more of an airbnb feel to the lodge with laundry facilities etc and that wasn't the case. Also, I thought there was a restaurant on site but it turned out that's a sister lodge in the area for adults only. It's definitely one of the better options in terms of accommodation in the area but I wouldn't say we were wowed by it. There wasn't anything wrong with it but it wasn't a memorable place for any reason in particular either.

It was ok.

Sufficient storage space in rooms

The water temperature in the pool was colder (estimate around 29'C), it was not possible to relax in the bubbles (not just me, during the whole stay I have not seen anyone use it for real, everybody tried for a minute and then left) and all kids had to get out of the water regularly to warm themselves. Most of time, only fathers watching their kids were in the water.

Skvělý pobyt na lyžování i wellness

Krásné moderní ubytování na dobrém strategickém místě. Paní Carla je velmi milá, příjemná a ochotná. Asi 2 minuty od ubytování zastávka ski busů (autem ke sjezdovkám 5 minut), obchod i restaurace. Pobyt nám zpříjemnila každodenní návštěva bazénu a saun.

Everything was perfect – great location, spotless and well-equipped apartments, very friendly host

We stayed 5 nights at Rate Nordic Lodge – Suite Hotel in Bad Kleinkirchheim, and everything was truly excellent. The host was very kind and welcoming, took the time to introduce us to all the hotel facilities and made us feel at home right away. The apartments were perfectly clean, modern, and fully equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay and food preparation. The pool and saunas are fantastic – perfect for relaxing after a day of skiing. The hotel location is also great, close to supermarkets and restaurants, and near two gondolas. We chose to drive to the gondola as it was more convenient for us, and parking there is free. There is also a bus available that connects all gondolas and ski lifts. Each apartment comes with one covered parking space, and right next to the parking area there is a ski room with boot and snowboard boot dryers, which is a big plus. Overall, an excellent place to stay, and we would definitely come back again. Boravili smo 5 noći u Rate Nordic Lodge – Suite Hotelu u Bad Kleinkirchheimu i sve je bilo zaista odlično. Domaćin je izuzetno ljubazan i srdačan, lepo nas je dočekao i detaljno upoznao sa svim sadržajima hotela. Apartmani su savršeno čisti, moderno uređeni i potpuno opremljeni svim potrebnim stvarima za boravak i pripremu hrane. Bazen i saune su fantastični – prava stvar za opuštanje posle skijanja. Lokacija hotela je takođe odlična, u blizini marketa i restorana, kao i dve gondole. Mi smo išli kolima do gondole jer nam je bilo praktičnije, a parking oko gondole je besplatan. Takođe, dostupan je i autobus koji vozi do svih gondola i žičara. Svaki apartman ima svoje natkriveno parking mesto, a odmah pored parkinga nalazi se skijašnica sa grejačima za pancerice i snowboard čizme, što je veliki plus. Sve u svemu, odličan smeštaj i rado bismo se ponovo vratili.

Sehr schön.

Die Lage der Nordic Lodge ist sehr gut, wenn man möchte kommt man sehr gut zu Fuß überall hin. Hunde sind herzlich willkommen, es werden Fressnapf und Decke/ Handtuch zur Verfügung gestellt. Die Ferienwohnung sind sehr sauber, zwar an der einen oder anderen Stelle geflickt und ausgebessert, aber das schadet dem Aufenthalt nicht. Man bekommt ein unterstell Möglichkeit fürs Auto, das steht entsprechend geschützt, man muss nicht kratzen oder ähnliches.

Leider hat es keinen Besen gegeben um mal zwischendurch den Boden zu fegen. Es kann jedoch auf Anfrage einen Staubsauer zur Verfügung stellen werden, ich empfehle daher das direkt anzusprechen, damit Ihr bei Bedarf direkt an den Sauger kommt. Etwas unglücklich finde ich, das der Pool sehr kalt ist. Daher für Kleinkinder weniger geeignet. Achtung der Vorplatz zum Eingang der Nordic Lodge ist sehr glatt. Wir haben den einen und anderen Sturz hin gelegt.

Zauberhafte & ruhige Weihnachten

Das Apartment Haus ist wirklich sehr schön eingerichtet und hat eine tolle ruhige Lage. Carla und Staffan haben hier einen tollen Ort geschaffen und sind gute Gastgeber mit Herz für Hunde. Können den Ort und die Elch Suite wirklich nur weiterempfehlen!

Leider werden die Sauna Regeln von Gästen missachtet bzw. vielleicht nicht verstanden - sowohl der textilfreie Raum als auch die Hygiene Regeln wurden leider nicht berücksichtigt.

Makkelijk te vinden hotel met vriendelijk ontvangst, comfortabele kamer en bedden, maar minder handig met kinderwagen do

Hotel was makkelijk te vinden. Na een telefoontje werden we vriendelijk ontvangen om in te checken. De bedden lagen heerlijk en de kamer was van alle gemakken voorzien. Perfecte parkeergelegenheid onder een carport. Aanrader!

Bij binnenkomst direct een grote trap, wat met een kinderwagen niet ideaal is. Er is wel een lift, maar pas ná de trap. Het licht in de kamer was lastig te bedienen door verschillende dimschakelaars die niet allemaal hetzelfde werkten – even uitproberen dus.

Absoluut een aanrader! Heel erg mooi.

Prachtig appartementen complex. Zeer sfeervol ingericht met oog voor detail. Van het overdekte parkeren tot het fijne zwembad met heerlijke ligstoelen en sauna's. Ons appartement op de bovenste verdieping was ook zeer ruim met fijne bedden, grote keuken en badkamer en zelfs 2 toiletten. De eigenaren zijn ook erg vriendelijk en onze hond was meer dan welkom. Onze dochter heeft ook erg genoten van het zwembad beneden. Ook echt een uitkomst als het een keer niet zo mooi weer is.

Als ik een puntje mag noemen, dan vond ik het jammer dat de bovenste verdieping (Adler Suite) geen balkon had of groot raam zodat je van het mooie uitzicht kon genieten. Er zat weliswaar een dakraam aan de kamers, alleen moet je dan staan om naar buiten te kunnen kijken. Wij mochten wel op het terras bij het zwembad zitten, maar met de koffie 3 verdiepingen naar beneden doe je dan toch niet zo snel. Persoonlijk zou ik best terug willen naar dit complex, maar dan op een kamer met balkon, want ik vind het uitzicht toch wel erg mooi daar. Maar dat is ook het enige dat ik kan verzinnen, voor de rest was het perfect.

Es gibt nichts. Einziger winziger Kritikpunkt sind die Kissen für die Balkonmöbel. Diese könnten mal erneuert werden.

Super lokalizacja, 2 minuty do SkiBusa, w ciągu 6 min jest się już przy pierwszym wyciągu. Apartament ładnie urządzony, bardzo czysto, dobrze wyposażony. Właściciele mili, bardzo dobry kontakt z Nimi.

Brak mikrofalówki- jest piekarnik ale Nam z niemowlakiem mikrofalówka znacznie by ułatwiła pobyt. Bardzo miękki materac do spania
