Superb five stat service at a heavily discounted rate.

It is close to the centre of the town and the port. Fine comfortable amenity with trainee staff very concerned to be efficient and welcoming. Restaurant dinning on site requires much advance booking as it is excellent and remarkable inexpensive. If booked out there is plenty of choice in many restaurants in town or port.

Staying in such trainee Hotels is a win win situation! - Like all such venues some staff are enthusiastic but hesitant as they acquires greater confidence - some supervisors hoover too closely which can be counter productive.

Excellent student staff. Restaurant food is quite good. Old world charm remains alive at hotel Savoi

The student staff were very devoted under the guidance of the school faculty. Paid carefulnattention to details. Quality of bread and croissant was very good.

The internet connection was Weak. I have told the senior staff at the reception desk. They have an IT member working on the wifi signal strength. Hope youbwill persuade the authorities to upgrade bandwidth.

The location and quality of the hotel is excellent. Since there are students training you get exceptional attention. The breakfast was personalised and delicious.

Nuit calme et petit déjeuner face au lac.

Bon petit déjeuner face au lac. La possibilité d’arriver tard à l’hôtel car notre TGV arrive à 21h10 à Thonon-les-Bains.

Beaucoup de monde dans l’hôtel à notre départ mais normal puisque c’était 1 journée portes ouvertes. On nous propose pas plus d'eau chaude pour notre thé. Je n’ai pas vu de fruits au petit déjeuner.

On a adoré l’hôtel Savoie Léman, l’accueil chaleureux qui fait plaisir. Bravo à tous.

L’accueil chaleureux. L’emplacement. Le cake au petit déjeuner était incroyable. Bravo aux élèves qui sont tous très professionnels, ce qui donne une très belle ambiance.

La douche trop petite. La deco manquante dommage car beaucoup de potentiel.

L’accueil fut très agréable. Un personnel disponible, accueillant et à la fois discret. L’emplacement est idéal pour découvrir la ville et accéder aux moyens de transport.

Peut-être serait-il pratique d’ajouter des prises électriques proche du lit. Ainsi qu’une lumière au plafond central.

Hôtel idéalement situé en centre ville et proche du lac. D'une propreté impeccable. Petit déjeuner complet (très bonnes viennoiseries faites sur place). Qualité des services (accueil, chambre). Délicates attentions (macarons, tuiles aux amandes et pâtes de fruits à l'arrivée dans la chambre - bouteille d'eau déposée pour la nuit, volet baissé et rideaux fermés). Et surtout, les "élèves" sont appliqué(e)s, attentionné(e)s mais également poli(e)s et motivé(e)s.

système de fermeture de porte difficile, pas de chauffage il faisait froid, l'eau de la douche varie entre chaud et froid sans prévenir, petit déjeuner peu varié, un rafraichissement serait bienvenu

L'attitude très polie et à l'écoute des élèves du lycée hôtelier, de l'accueil au service d'étage en.passant par le petit déjeuner, les mignardises d'accueil des élèves du CAP cuisine pâtisserie, la beauté de l'architecture du hall et de la salle du petit déjeuner, la vue sur le lac au petit déjeuner, La diversité et la qualité des produits du buffet du petit déjeuner, le fait qu'il y ait une grande suite familiale fonctionnelle. avec deux chambres séparées et des très bons matelas.

La chambre familiale a un âge certain, style années 70 , avec une déco (moquette orange...) et des couvre-lits marron qui datent.. vintage? Il n'y a pas de prises sur les têtes de lit.
