A good stay in pleasurable surroundings

It was a good breakfast selection, and all good quality. The hotel was in a commercial centre on the edge of town, and was quiet at night. Nice view of lac Léman and the Jura mountains behind. The staff were all very nice and helpful. We had an excellent lunch in the hotel restaurant.

Disappointing

I loved the staff, they were very welcoming. Quick and easy check-in and checkout. I loved that the rooms were cleaned. Easy access parking. Awesome we could check in earlier. I liked that it wasn't too far from town. However, I really didn't have a good night's sleep.

I wished the hotel could improve the ceiling. The fan and the height of the ceiling is a hazard waiting to happen. The doors were so thin. I could hear my neighbour going out to the fire escape and people talking in the hallway at 3am in the morning. The breakfast, please don't make your scramble eggs with cream or milk. Its disgusting. Just make normal fried eggs or scramble eggs. I didn't get any pancakes and I was at the buffet by 7:30am. It would have been nice to have more. I don't know what was it but my bed was very itchy. I dust the covers and put some cream on myself and the itching stopped.

Weekend in the south of Lake Leman

Really kind staff. Clean room. Parking for free in front of the hotel. Perfect rate quality-price. If you have a car, easy access to many places to have a bath in the lake.

Small bathroom. Also very small bedside tables. Although it is clear on the hotel information that there isn’t air conditioning, there is a small fan. We haven’t had to use it, but in case of a warm night, not sure if it is enough.

Hôtel moderne avec un très bon restaurant et parking gratuit.

L'emplacement est idéal, à quelques kilomètres de Thonon et au cœur de la zone commerciale. Grand parking ! Le petit déjeuner es chambre est tout à fait correct. Le restaurant est le point fort de l'hôtel. Les chambres sont agréables. Les chiens sont acceptés !!!

Il n'y a pas de bouilloire et de machine à café dans la chambre ni mini bar. Cela serait un plus pour l'équipement des chambres.

Le personnel de l’accueil était charmant

Si vous souhaitez un établissement d’un autre temps foncez : rebouche trou aux murs, murs et plafond crépis, douche sans débit, rideau de douche à l’ancienne, télé à l’ancienne non connectée, literie tellement vieille et molle qu’un trou s’est formé et qu’on s’y retrouvait la nuit. Rien à voir avec les photos du site et les notes attribuée : à croire une fois encore qu’en réservant avec booking en France on vous attribue la pire chambre de l’hôtel et pour un prix exorbitant !

Bien situé, pour un weekend autour du lac Léman.. Bon petit déjeuner.

Odeur dans la chambre de tabac froid en rentrant tard,pourtant nous n'avions pas senti cette odeur en prenant la chambre en début d'après midi. Peut être dû à la climatisation.

Juste bien, pratique

Personnel agréable. Facilité pour se garer et trouver l'hôtel qui est à proximité de beaucoup de magasins ce qui peut être utile. Bonne isolation avec les autres chambres et clim très agréable facile d'utilisation et surtout très propre (ce qui est rassurant). Serviette de bain épaisse et grande ce qui est fortement appréciable.

Lit trop petit surtout en longueur. Equipement un peu limité (stylos, café/thé ...) Défaut de finitions dans la chambre et de luminosité dans la salle de bain (maquillage pas pratique du tout).

Schönes Hotel

Schönes Hotel mit komfortablen Zimmern. Liegt etwas ausserhalb und sollte besser im Navi programmiert und angefahren werden. Sehr beliebt bei Motorradfahrer. Gutes Restaurant zum Abendessen.

Das Frühstück war wirklich nichts besonderes. Das Brot wurde erst nach Aufforderung wieder aufgefüllt. Wurst gab es keine mehr.
