Parking filled quickly as did spaces outside but there is more free parking round the corner so no real problem

We picked this hotel as it was near Evian les Bains as we were in the location to watch the golf completion at the Evian Resort. The location for us was perfect. This Ibis Styles is what I would say - quirky but would use it again without a doubt when we next visit the area. The breakfast available was very good , staff great helpful and polite. The attached restaurant provided a good meal although , the menu could be a little more wide ranging but that said our meals were just what we wanted.

Parking with the hotel is limited but free , there is I believe additional parking available near by.

the facilities they mentioned for booking was not all there. i booked this hotel for Air conditioned and it was not working only air was coming out no cooling and we sweat all night upon asking at reception they said yes its not working and when i complained through booking.com they are not responding to them and saying straight lie that it was working. so not going to stay here again.

Great value for money. This hotel was clean and comfortable with a very large family room. Breakfast was good and late check out was very convenient.

Although there are few but secure and monitored parking spaces.

The bathroom scrubber was covered in an unpleasant white substance, and I had to cover it with paper to avoid looking at it. The carpet in the room had an unpleasant odor, indicating that it hadn't been cleaned for some time. The shower was also stained. Later, the room was renovated, but it seemed to be a subpar renovation. The breakfast variety was limited and uninspiring. Additionally, I had a negative experience with customer support. I arrived around 2 a.m. and requested two extra pillows, being assured that the issue would be resolved. However, when I returned to the room at 10 p.m., the pillows still hadn't been delivered. I tried once again to request the pillows, but after waiting for another hour, I realized that my request was not being attended to. I ended up personally going to the reception to retrieve the pillows. In summary, my stay was quite disappointing due to the lack of proper hygiene and maintenance in the toilet brush holder, the unpleasant smell from the carpet, the limited breakfast selection, and the poor customer service. I hope these issues can be addressed and improved in the future so that other guests do not encounter the same problems I did during their stay.
