Parking filled quickly as did spaces outside but there is more free parking round the corner so no real problem

The bathroom scrubber was covered in an unpleasant white substance, and I had to cover it with paper to avoid looking at it. The carpet in the room had an unpleasant odor, indicating that it hadn't been cleaned for some time. The shower was also stained. Later, the room was renovated, but it seemed to be a subpar renovation.
The breakfast variety was limited and uninspiring. Additionally, I had a negative experience with customer support. I arrived around 2 a.m. and requested two extra pillows, being assured that the issue would be resolved. However, when I returned to the room at 10 p.m., the pillows still hadn't been delivered. I tried once again to request the pillows, but after waiting for another hour, I realized that my request was not being attended to. I ended up personally going to the reception to retrieve the pillows.
In summary, my stay was quite disappointing due to the lack of proper hygiene and maintenance in the toilet brush holder, the unpleasant smell from the carpet, the limited breakfast selection, and the poor customer service. I hope these issues can be addressed and improved in the future so that other guests do not encounter the same problems I did during their stay.
