Difficult to find . There was no sign on the road for reception or parking as this hotel is in an Partnern complex adjacent to the thermal baths. Check in is at the pool entrance.

Better than expected

Great apartment, very much space, big bathroom with shower. Free parking on site. Unfortunately I had no blanket or anything to cover me on the queen bed downstairs, they forgot to provide, but nevertheless this didn't make me feel bad, I had my jacket...

excellent facilities, a host who tries to kick you out of the hotel earlier than the check-out time

Good location - just next to a small park and mineral spring/spa facilities, 5 min walk to the shopping street in the town. Room was nice, clean, bed was comfy, a small kitchenette, fridge, microwave and all you need to cook a proper meal yourself. The mineral spring spa is next doors and during the day there is an internal connection between the 2 buildings, so you can go there in your swimsuit. The ladies at the Spa reception are very helpful, but none of them speaks any other language either.

1.they DO NOT speak english or any other language but french 2. you get sent a message with a code to enter the building and a code for some safe to retrieve your keys from, but the safe doesn`t work and when you call the "emergency number" you are told to collect your keys from the reception of the Spa next door? How much sense does this make? Just let it all be done by the reception then. 3. the guy who answers the "emergency number" didn`t bother to listen what i was asking, just repeated "reception on the right" and on the day i was supposed to leave knocked on my hotel room door 2 hours before the check-out time (11h!) to demand an answer at what time i am gonna be leaving the room - how disrespectful is this? I have never been put under pressure to leave earlier than the check-out time by the hotel staff in any country/ hotel i have stayed. This is the only reason i will not be staying there ever again. I would rather stay somewhere else and only use the spa / swimming pool.

Communication on 'no shorts in pool' was unfortunate. Beds were not singles for twin room. but sorted on day two on request.

Well equipped large room, a bit spartan, no dedicated hotel reception. Good gym and spa - extra cost

Facilities in the gym and spa were very good and easy access from the hotel. Room was very big and well equipped. Staff in the spa were pleasant and helpful

Room was very clean, but the corridor smelt ' musty' as if the carpet needs replacing or professionally cleaning. Only reception staff are in the spa in a separate part of the building. Nobody there to meet us on arrival (which we knew beforehand) but was disappointing that nobody appears responsible for guests. Room was rather spartan in terms of decoration. Having to pay extra for gym and spa access - prices are reduced, but still a not inconsiderable extra charge.

Good

The room we got was nice and spacious with a loft bedroom and a nice sized deck. It also had a nice kitchen. The bed was also comfortable and we enjoyed the deck views. We were appreciative of the free passes to the Thermal bath. It was not the best thermal I have been to but it was sufficient. We mostly enjoyed the hot/cold rotations. The hotel was in a nice location.

The decorative pillows on our bed were dirty. That was an immediate turn off and hard to see past. Overall it was fine though.

Pit stop on Lake Geneva

The property is within easy walking distance of the old town, and the downhill to the port is not too difficult (and you can get the funicular back up). My room was an apartment, with facilities for cooking etc. The room is very recent and modern, and would be ideal for people staying for several days. As a one night stopover it worked well for me too.

It was not clear when booking that the apartments are directly attached to the Thermal Spa and that there is no separate entrance / reception for the rooms. Took me a while to figure that out!

Le lit était confortable mais petit, la kitchenette bien cachée, nous avons apprécié le frigo

L'hôtel est désert et compliqué à trouver, aucun personnel, aucune décoration ni dans l'hôtel ni dans la chambre je pense que même les hôpitaux sont plus chaleureux. Chambre très petite, lit très petit, fenêtre au dessus du lit donnant sur la route donc bruyant. Pas de ventilation dans la salle bain.

Pause bien être exceptionnelle

Moment formidable, l'appartement est spacieux, l'accès à tarif très réduit aux thermes dont toutes les installations fonctionnent très bien: Sauna, Hammam, piscine avec bains à remous. Le petit déjeuner copieux, servi à l'heure demandée dans l'appartement est un vrai plaisir. Tout le personnel est charmant. Nous reviendrons souvent !

Tout est bien sauf l’ambiance qui est affreusement impersonnelle. Aucune décoration chaleureuse. On croirait rentrer dans un hall d’hôpital. Personne à la réception de 20h à 8h45

On voit que l'établissement est un peu vieillissant mais nous avons passé un très bon séjour.

Parking privé couvert très bien. Appartement avec balcon au 2è étage très bien, sauf la chasse d'eau qui a un problème d'évacuation mais la femme de ménage nous a dit que tous les appartements étaient concernés. Accès direct en peignoir aux thermes. Prêt de serviettes et peignoirs gratuits très appréciable. La résidence est très bien située dans la ville, à 10 minutes à pied du centre. Cela a été très pratique.

Chasse d'eau de l'appartement qui n'évacue pas comme il faut. Eau de la piscine qui était trop froide et nous y sommes allés 2 jours de suite. On nous a dit qu'elle était à 32 degrés mais ce n'est pas suffisant. Il faudrait 2 degrés supplémentaires. Le bassin grotte dans lequel les enceintes ne fonctionnaient pas. Le fait que tous les jets ne soient pas activés et qu'il faille demander à la maître nageuse de les activer.

Localisation centre ville et parking gratuit.

Chambre au calme demandée et chambre donnant sur rue ultra passante obtenue. Pas de séparation chambre/ cuisine, bruit ventilation et frigidaire assommants. Lit trop mou, mal de dos effroyable. Impossible d’accéder aux bains: fermés à 19h45 le soir et fermés le matin. Poils de rasage sur le bord du lavabo….. Probablement plus adapté pour des familles restant quelques jours.

Excellent séjour

Établissement très confortable et bien situé à proximité du centre ville et avec accès direct aux thermes. Les appartements sont très bien conçus et joliment aménagés. Merci au personnel d’entretien et au personnel de l’accueil qui sont particulièrement agréables et efficaces.

L’emplacement est le seul point positif

réservation d’une suite confort loin d’être confortable: velux sans fermeture laissant donc entrer le jour juste au dessus du lit Canapé lit pas confortable du tout, de même pour l’ensemble des oreillers Salle de bain /toilette en face du lit pas du tout insonorisé Portes coulissantes qui sortent de leur gonds, difficile à fermer Et pour couronner le tout pas de petit déjeuner , les demoiselles à l’accueil ne sont pas très accueillantes, aucune solution de proposer ni même indication de lieu ou petit déjeuner Grosse déception
