Perfect little appartment for a one night stopover with friendly staff

Great little apartment perfect for a one night stop over by the lake. Lovely breakfast delivered to the door which we ate on the little balcony. Thonon harbour a short walk away for a lovely evening drink/ice cream

Great place for short or longer stay

The location was great. People were very nice and friendly (we speak French). Accommodations were perfect for our needs with a small balcony, kitchen (even with dishwasher and a soap tablet), air conditioning. We ordered one breakfast basket that we shared for 2 people which was ample for us. Set back from street so very quiet. Would definitely stay again.

Nice Studio, walking distance from lake and town

Nice little studio with basic kitchen facilities with a terrace (lovely place to sit for meals/drinks). The staff were lovely and it was easy to walk around the town from here. Definitely reasonably priced and on site parking (at a low cost)

Unfortunately my planned activities did not work out, limited lake ferry trips from Thonon - but no reflection at all on the property.

Lovely little complex with a family touch.

Lovely little studio apartment in a very friendly complex. Loved the very private terrace. Liked the little shop with local produce. Staff from the minute we booked was very friendly and prompt in replying to any queries. Quiet area and quiet complex. Very clean, bed was comfortable. Reception had a lot of information we needed (bus, boat timetables etc). Close enough to the train station (aprox 12 mins), shops, restaurants and to the lake front. Couldn't have asked for more.

Comfortable place everything is good just don’t forget to bring you olive oil and salt if you want to cook.

Friendly staff, flexible check in time, clean, equipped kitchen, great location that not too far from everything.

A bit old but doesn’t bother us and it was still quite small even it’s a comfort triple room for two person… Btw, don’t forget to bring your oil and salt if you want to cook something :)

Good value for money (only booked the day before), good facilities, good location within walking distance of the town and the lake. Lady on reception was very helpful.

Good for local travellers who do not consider cleanliness as their first priority.

The size of the studio is excellent and it is very pleasant to get relaxed on the balcony. The staff here is friendly. The apartment is totally the same as the photos. Close to the center of the town.

In short: The cleanliness here is the worst one that I have met (not terrible, but only in my own experience). TLDR: We closed all the windows and doors and went out right after checking in. However, when we came back and had time to check, we found one spider in the bathroom, two in the wardrobe, one on the floor, and even one on our clothes! There were also few mosquitoes. Additionally, we believe it is not reasonable for the host to put the cleaning stuff like broom in the wardrobe. We know that the "full cleaning service" is subjected to charge but we don't think the cleanliness met the minimum requirement, especially during the pandemic of the corona. Another problem, but not that serious, is that although English is included in "Languages spoken", the lady who helped us with checking out couldn't say any English. She was very friendly and helpful and we were glad to talk with the help of Google Translator, but the problem is it doesn't meet the description. All the information we received before checking in was also in French. The last problem is the numbers on the stove were hard to see. When we boiled hot water we had to treat it as a puzzle.
