Safe storage for bicycles

Secure parking for bicycles, garden with swimming pool, quiet location yet still close to town and train station.

Confusing check-in. There are two hotels. We booked Les Marronniers, but stayed in Arc en Ciel next door. Disappointing restaurant.

The staff treat you as family, even had an umbrella for the stint of rain that happened to loan out

Abundant variety and fresh. I loved the fresh squeezed orange juice machine.

A bit confusing on how to "go about" it. trays outside, but then tables pre set, unclear about glasses for juice, forks not on table, ...basically no flow.

staff was absolutely fantastic we had an issue with our motorbike and they gave us direction to a garage. the room was pretty clean and comfortable with a little balcony too the area is quiet and safe and very close to the city center

Our room was in a different building across the street. The hotel is interconnecting multiple buildings and receptions. The downtown is just 5-8 min. walk away. The parking was ok, but it was at a different site then our room. The room was big enough and quiet.

So convenient for the station - Quiet. We arrived quite late but found a nice Italian restaurant Il Vesuvio just the other side of the station. The Hotel was spotless with everything we needed including a fridge!

They were very friendly at check in and throughout. I decided to eat at the connected restaurant and was pleased with the food and service.

The location was a bit confusing to find on bike. If you can’t me by train though, it couldn’t be easier.

J'ai passé un séjour très confortable avec un service agréable

J'ai beaucoup apprécié le service et la bienveillance de l'accueil, le personnel est très gentil, aide toujours à aider et à trouver des solutions si il y a une demande particulière. Le petit déjeuner propose un grand choix, les produits sont frais et de quantité. En plus il y a un jardin où on peut se poser pour prendre le petit déjeuner, c'est très agréable. L'hôtel se situe au calme, très propre, il y avait tout ce qu'il faut dans la chambre pour se reposer avec le confort.

Un séjour confortable

Je n'ai pas séjourné à l'hôtel des Marronniers mais à l'arc-en-ciel côté jardin avec un balcon. Hôtel très confortable équipement neuf et moderne. La literie est très confortable. Je reviendrais lorsque la piscine sera ouverte et qu'il sera possible de prendre son petit déjeuner en terrasse. Merci à Madame Favre et à son équipe pour leur accueil chaleureux et leur disponibilité.

Mon balcon était proche de la terrasse du restaurant. J'essayerai d'éviter cela à la belle saison car il doit y avoir pas mal de bruits

Accueil ultra sympa, nous avons été surclassé car l'hôtel des marronniers était fermé. L hotel arc en ciel, extra , chambres grandes, spacieuses et propres. Rien à dire. Tout est top.
