It was beautiful inside and out. So glad we could have this traditional experience.
The shower was technically outside (an interior room but you had to go outside to get to it). This wasn’t the issue, but rather that a centipede had made its home in the shower room. We didn’t take a shower lol.

Literally everything our stay there was an absolute dream!!! The staff was absolutely fantastic, the experience will stay with us for the rest of our lives, the food was phenomenal. Just literally everything.
Absolutely nothing we loved everything. It was our favorite state of our entire trip and we will be coming back every single year.

Such a special location to experience traditional Japanese Ryokan! We loved the service and attentiveness of the staff. Outdoors bath with a forest view was also a highlight.
