Accommodation is spacious and clean and the bus stop is just outside the door. Transport from this location is easy, about 30 minutes to central by bus.
There was no option for cooking our own food as there is no stove/ oven.

細いところも埃がたまってるところが多々ありました汗

The staff was wonderful and very attentive. The kaiseki meal was fabulous, and the private onsen was great.

・金閣寺に歩いていくことが出来る距離（ちょっと歩きますが良い散歩）
・コンビニが近くにある
・ボードゲームや本がいろいろ置いてある（自分は使ってないので評価はできないが）
・意味不明な段差があり何度も転びかけた
・エアコンのみで超乾燥して体に良くない。加湿器が欲しかった
・入口ドアは電子ロックのみで内部からのロック機構がないため不審者が侵入しうると思った
・2つの部屋のドアがぶつかり合う構造であり危ない
・脱衣所が狭すぎる
・台所脇の隙間から寒風が入る
・TV（モニター）がない
・入口に宿泊施設の表示が何もないので分かりにくい
・スリッパが壊れていた
・行ってみないとわからないことが多すぎると感じた。外国人向けのゲストハウスは総じてこんなものなのかも知れませんが。
