We stayed here as a family of four (two adults and two children), and this beautiful traditional Japanese villa was without a doubt one of the highlights of our trip to Japan. The entire property was exclusively ours, allowing us to fully enjoy the unique atmosphere of a historic Japanese home. The tatami rooms, sliding doors, traditional décor, and beautifully maintained Japanese gardens created an authentic Kyoto experience that we will never forget. At the same time, the villa offers every modern comfort you could wish for, including air conditioning, a sauna, an open-air hot tub, three toilets, two showers, and a fully equipped kitchen. It perfectly combines traditional charm with modern convenience. The location was peaceful and ideal for exploring Kyoto. Major attractions were easily accessible on foot, by bus, or by taxi, making it a perfect base for our daily excursions. Although the property already had excellent reviews, it still exceeded our expectations in every way. We would also like to give special recognition to Yanbin, whose customer service was truly outstanding. She proactively supported us before, during, and even after our stay, providing helpful information, local recommendations, and assistance whenever needed. Her dedication played a major role in making our trip so comfortable and memorable. We genuinely wished we could have stayed longer. And one thing is certain: whenever we return to Kyoto, we already know exactly where we will stay. Highly recommended without any hesitation.

Beautiful home full of history. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Even with our last minute stay the property was ready for our arrival. Highly recommend and would stay here again.
