I was very happy with the location, the janitor was very helpful and friendly. There were lots of interesting places in the vicinity and good coffee at a store right next door.
I think the room could have been warmer and only one extra cover for two people was provided. One of the kitchen covers had a bunch of packages that should have been thrown out. Maybe a former tenant just threw everything under the sink and the janitor didn't notice?

The man who works there is funny and very nice, he is the reason this place gets a bigger score
There is only one bathroom which is not nice at all for a lot of rooms to share ... it is madness and it's occupied often and wet floor. There is a kitchen full of old dirty food and the stairs upto the area is disgusting. The keys are difficult to use in the doors but .... it is cheap for Sofia so you get what you pay for

Room was spacious and location was great. Bathroom was good.
The private bathroom had no hot water. But there was hot water in the shared bathroom, so I am ok with that for the price I paid.

Good location, low price, self check-in, working air conditioner. The place was clean, with basic amenities. Staff was polite, and the check-in process was straightforward. The area is quiet, and public transport is nearby. Overall, a decent stay for the price.
The issues mentioned below specifically relate to the room with a private bathroom. There is a sewage smell in this room, the plumbing fixtures do not work perfectly, water pressure is weak, and it takes a long time to get warm water. The mixer tap is poorly regulated. Overall, the state of the room looks outdated. The stay was acceptable, but these aspects could be improved.
