Fantastic location,less than 5 mins walk from Central bus and train stations. Room was perfect with views over the city. Spotlessly clean communal areas. Kitchen area well equipped, everything provided for self catering. Showers have lots of hot water and toiletries are provided. Can't fault the place, Lucio is a perfect host and takes great pride in keeping his place spotlessly clean. Nothing is too much trouble. Already rebooked for my next trip.

Location is alright, well connected to the center through line 2 of the metro and tramway lines. Common parts are well-equipped.
Mattress was as thin as can be, maybe an hand's length-thick, thus particularly uncomfortable. Heating wasn't turned on beforehands and, as such, room temperature was at 13°C when I arrived. Someone also entered my room in my absence to turn heating off (although I only kept it at the bare minimum). Appliances and utilities were rusty, esp. in the bathroom, and would need to be updated.
