"No party & Many rules" Hostel N1

Didn't have to wait for shower or toilets. Location was convenient. Everyone respected the hostel's rules when I was there. There is a grocery store (Lidl) across the street.

The coil mattresses were noisy and not comfortable although is sleep-able. They charge a deposit of 5e each for locker key and front door key fob. Without the front door key, you could be waiting for the door to be open although they say someone will remotely open it. You will likely encounter this when you arrive at the hostel for the first time.

Very nice small hostel in a wonderful location. Everything is super easy to reach. The main sights and also the train and bus stations are within walking distance, alternatively public transportation is close by. The common room is nice and well equipped, staff was friendly and helpful. The atmosphere is relaxed and calm, which I definitely enjoyed. The rooms are cleaned very regularly.

No major complaints at all, just that the kitchen is quite small and doesn't offer much room to sit. Anyway, still a great place to stay.

The location is just perfect. Close to all main attractions

1) There was a receptionist who didn’t speak English at all and unfortunately I needed his assistance. All I could get from his mouth was ‘ I don’t know’. It was so frustrating. 2) The ladies shower close to the window doesn’t have hot water at all! Use the one close to the door! 3) The owner although being a nice person ( she provided me an electrical blanket 🙏) , she doesn’t take feedback positively, she gets offended. Instead of taking my feedback positively she wanted to give my money back and wanted me leave! This is unexceptionable! 4) In the hospitality industry everyone should speak at least little bit of English including the owners! Having the money to open a hotel/ hostel should not be enough!
