Martin dello staff è stato fin da subito super disponibile e veloce nel rispondere a ogni mia richiesta.
Posizione centralissima, a circa 8 minuti a piedi dal boulevard pedonale Vitosha.
Camera ampia e pulita, letto molto comodo e ostello non rumoroso.
Le docce sono obsolete, senza ganci né ripiani dove posare i propri effetti personali.
Purtroppo nonostante le telecamere e i vari cartelli, c'è sempre gente che fuma di nascosto nel bagno o sulle scale.
Consiglierei di mettere uno specchio e un cestino per l'immondizia nella camera privata.

My room had an easy checkin process, had a good location, good value for money and the toilets and sinks were new and clean. The volunteers were very nice. The common room and kitchen were nice too. Overall it was a good experience.
The showers had some problems with plumbing and drainage.

Sur 3 nuits : 1 bonne, les deux autres avec du bruit et des odeurs de cigarette sous ma fenêtre. Dommage, j'avais pris l'option chambre individuelle pour bien dormir. Un vagabond a en plus pris mes jus et yaourts dans le Frigidaire.
