Staff was efficient yet friendly I was stuck in Sofia and they let me just stick around all day and do trip planning in the common space Everything works well and is clean

Showers stalls were a little awkward to get in and out of Mattress got a bit of depression in my mid back

air is a bit nasty because of little window, some room are noisy

I did enjoy the receptiveness of the host and how helpful he was throughout my entire stay. The facilities are ok, I mean they're good for the price that you're paying. Nevertheless, it's a hostel, so you shouldn't expect too much privacy or top notch installations.

I didn't like so much the bathroom facilities. They're very tight, so having a bath with your clothes inside the shower stall was a bit of a challenge.

The location is great, and the person at the reception was nice and helpful!

The floors of the joint bathroom facilities were almost always a bit wet, and there was no hot water in the sinks. Also some storage or shelving was missing next to the sinks so you can place your toiletries while using it. In general it was lacking some small amenities like that to make the stay a bit more pleasant. The rooms were okay-ish, felt a bit unclean though.
