Amazing location, friendly staff

Location, location, location! You couldn’t ask for a better location overlooking the ocean with a private beach. Very generous sized room with a balcony. The staff was friendly, helpful and willing to please.

The bed was a bit stiff for my comfort.

Great Hospitality in Bella Italia

We spent three very nice days at the Hotel. Federica, Antonella and Renzo did everything to make us feel at home. Thank you all a lot. We would like to come back some other time. It’s easy to visit Cinque Terre from there. It only takes five minutes on foot to get to the train station. Good private parking / nice restaurant / good breakfast / nice beach

Huge disappointment.

Nothing, old dingy and nothing like the description. They don't tell you there is no taxi service in the town and no one to assist you with luggage. Out dated dingy rooms. Crumbling stairs to carry your luggage up. We checked out

Really enjoyed our stay and the staff!

Loved the beach view from the room. Access to the beach with chairs and umbrella. The staff was incredible! So fun, friendly and helpful. Breakfast and lunch were wonderful from the patio with excellent views of the beach. Loved seeing the sunsets.

The only thing we didn't like was the bed. We could feel all the springs in it making it hard to sleep. If it wasn't for that the place is wonderful.

Beautiful large rooms, kitchen staff could be nicer

GREAT location with a beautiful view of the ocean and close to facilities in the area

The breakfast staff was rather rude. The breakfast is one where you choose off a menu rather then a buffet, when I asked for more hot water for my tea and eggs they said no for the eggs. I was shocked as that was what I was eating. They also didnt bring everything my son had asked for and when I asked they rolled their eyes and walked away. I wanted more hot water and was refused. We didn't order more than what we were eating. Their beach chairs are also very specific to the area so you can't sit where you want, so if you have small children it's not ideal as you can't just sit on the sand in front, they want you to have a chair.. and their chairs are behind a lot of people so although it states it comes with chairs be forewarned...

Nice place place for a short stay

The hotel is located next to the beach, we had a view on it. The sun umbrella and seats are included in the price of the room and the beach in just at one stair. Also there is a parking included in the price of the room. Breakfast was good (not a buffet). The room is big with a small terrace.

A bit noisy during the night due to the fact we are close to the beach and some people are still playing beach-volley until very late.

Perfect time

All of the workers were incredibly helpful. It is just two steps away from the beach. The room was perfectly clean and comfy, very nice breakfast. I love it in every way. Thank you! I will think again staying here.

Italian, family run, great beach and great location.

We had a wonderful 5 day stay at this family run hotel. They were nice and friendly and always willing to meet our need. Having the beach at the hotel is a great luxury, clean and nice. Closeness to Cinque Terre is amasing although Italian railway system is not very reliable. Deiva Marina is a nice lityle beachtown, very Italian and you can find excellent food there. We are already planning our next trip to Bagno Acrobaleno.

Posizione dell'Hotel ottima (direttamente sulla spiaggia). Colazione buonissima e varia. Responsabile dell'Hotel e personale gentilissimi ed attenti alle esigenze del cliente; tant'è che la Responsabile ci ha consigliato un ottimo ristorante/pizzeria nelle vicinanze dove abbiamo gustato un ottimo fritto misto di pesce ed una buonissima pizza. Hotel raccomandato, ci torneremo senz'altro.

Heerlijk verblijf met lieve mensen op een fijne locatie.

We hebben enorm genoten van de plek, van de lieve mensen van het hotel en van de sfeer. Ideaal was dat er ligbedjes bij de kamer waren gereserveerd. Het ontbijt was heerlijk en de kamer werd elke dag keurig schoongemaakt door de vriendelijke mevrouw van de schoonmaak. Met de trein zit je zo in de dorpjes eromheen. Echt een hele goede locatie voor een ontspannen strandvakantie in combinatie met wat zien van de omgeving.

Niks. Kamer was ook prima, keurig verzorgd en ruime kamers. Zag er allemaal netjes uit.

Außergewöhnlich schön

Frühstück war ausgezeichnet, mit Blick auf das Meer!!! Das Meer war sehr sauber. Friederike und ihr Team waren sehr bemüht uns den Aufenthalt so schön wie möglich zu machen. Kann nur sagen, der Urlaub war perfekt. Nochmals ein herzliches Dankeschön.

In und aus dem Meer zu kommen, war etwas mühsam. Vielleicht könnte man da eine Hilfe für ältere Menschen machen.

Micul dejun foarte bun. Din păcate, amplasarea camerei nu era către mare ci către camping. Doamnele de la recepție super ok. Parcarea in subsol este un pic cam strâmtă si in cazul in care lângă tine parchează o mașină cu dimensiuni mari poate fi un pic mai greoaie ieșirea.

Poziționarea camerei. Un tv smart ar fi fost ok.
