A comfortable, intimate hotel in a great location
A comfortable, intimate hotel in a great location. The balcony overlooks the beach, and restaurants and the train station are close by. A great base for exploring Cinque Terre and Portofino. Very friendly service, clean, air-conditioned rooms, great pool and delicious, fresh breakfasts!

Hotel Riviera provided excellent location to see wonderful things from La Spezia to Genoa.

Sensational location, 100 m. from the beach, friendly staff, good breakfast, not only ‘sweet’, parking available, good value for money, bar open for a long time, clean, comfortable beds, nice location, both the village and the hotel, pool open all day
No lift. The lovely lady at reception, offered to carry my huge suitcase in, but of course I didn't allow it.

Good location and breakfast, missed the lift
Location is very close to the beach and restaurants and the train station. Breakfast was pretty good, with salty and sweet options and fruits. Personnel was nice Swimming pool looked nice.
Room on the third floor without lift, that's a no no, even for young people (the steps are higher than average).. The room was quite small, and especially the shower, not only small, but on top of that the head could not be detached. The swimming pool had very limited opening hours (mornings starting at 10:30, evenings until 20h ... so we didn't get to use it even once :( ... It would have been nice to get a bath in the swimming pool after a day hiking in the Cinque Terre under the sun)

We had a very pleasant stay in Hotel Rivera and it was a good base to explore the Cinque Terre.
The location was good although the dry river bed in front was a bit unsightly. it was close (but not too close to) the station & to the beach. The staff were very nice Breakfast was good
No lift to the third floor. We thought that the bathroom was too small. Not 100%cotton sheets on the beds.
