the residence is only 5 minutes walk from Deiva Marina train station . and very easy access to 5 terre and portofino by train. Lucia at the reception very kind and helpful . I strongly recommend this hotel

Amazing owners, always smiling and kind to help with anything. We went to the area to visit the Cinque Terre and the location was perfect, 5 minutes from the train station. Don't waste time looking for how to get to Portofino or Cinque Terre, Cristina will tell you everything you need to know

The hotel is good, the beach isn't so nice

The hotel is managed by lovely people, always smiling, always there for you, and meeting any request. The hotel is animal-friendly, I saw many dogs (and we had two with us), yet very clean. The breakfast!!! It could feed a little army :) Provided parking is very convenient as it is not very easy to find a spot around. The apartment itself wasn't anything outstanding, but very convenient, clean, and meeting all needs. Even the freezer was a normal size that could fit a lot of icecream )

Our apartment did not have the kitchen hoods - it looks like it was taken out for repair or something, so we could not fry because of the smell, but we did not even complain about it to the management, as it gave us a chance for once not to think about cooking, relax and eat out all the time :) I was not very happy about the beach - the umbrella that we got was in the very last row, with no possibility to be any closer as everything was booked. So, a tip for future travellers: don't assume that the hotel's guests have any privileges on the beach and try to book your umbrella in advance (maybe the hotel management can help you with that). Otherwise, you can't see the sea at all. Only yelling children at the playground nearby :) Also it promises sand beach - don't be deceived: the beach does have sand, but the sea and the entrance to the sea is only pebbles/stones. So, take the appropriate footwear with you if you are sensitive to such entrance.

clean, comfortable and very welcoming

the property was easy to find, the room was pretty big and we also had a small kitchen with everything you may need plus they have a water station downstairs where you can fill up glass bottles to avoid plastic usage! it was super close to a couple beaches in one of which the umbrella and two chairs were included in the hotel fare. im intolerant to lactose and at first they didn’t have any lactose free option for breakfast and they quickly went and got some lactose free milk for me which was absolutely amazing and super nice of them! the breakfast is not a buffet breakfast but they got everything you need from sweets to eggs and bread which left us more than full so it was great! everything was super clean, they’re all very very nice and helpful with everything. when we were leaving they also gave us a small bottle of lemon liquor made by them there’s a small parking in front of the hotel and it’s good especially you can’t get a big car around there cause the roads are small. the hotel is also very close to the train station and it’s just around 20 minutes to get to monterosso which is one of the cinque terre. overall amazing experience and if we ever wanna go back around cinque terre or Portofino we’ll definitely check the availability here as we found everything very comfortable and nice! thank you

Amazing vacation for the sights

The location was amazing, close to the train station. Easily access Cinque Terra and Portofino along with Rapallo and other areas. One thing I loved is the accessibility to water. They had a system that provided fizzy and natural water. Containers were provided in the room. Bring a canteen if able, useful on hikes and for the hotel. This saved us from buying bottles of water and creating more waste. Highly recommend Hotel Kriss for a place to stay, great location with welcoming hospitality.

Très bon séjour que nous recommandons

Hôtel particulièrement plaisant par sa situation géographique, tout proche des Cinques terres, il permet le soir de retrouver un peu de calme après la foule de la journée. L'hôtel est très propre, le personnel et les gérants sont particulièrement bienveillants. L'hôtel se situe près des plages et près de la gare. Bref, vous serez ravis de votre séjour.

Milý, vstřícný personál. Čistota a matrace dle našeho gusta (nemáme rádi měkké matrace).

Není nic co bych zmínil, až na to,že na konci září je lokalita opuštěná. Spousta obchodů zavřená není moc míst kam si večer sednout.

Fantastisch

Vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Erg schoon en groot appartement. Ligt prachtig aan een pleintje waar je savonds op het terras heerlijk wat kan drinken. Parkeren op eigen terrein. Alles op loopafstand zoals station,restaurant en strand. Je krijgt zelfs een bon voor strandstoelen en een parasol op het stand waar je je hele verblijf gebruik van kan maken. Geweldig genoten

Emplacement parfait ! A deux minutes de la gare, idéal pour aller visiter les villages des cinq terres. Le personnel est très gentil et a pris le temps de nous expliquer comment faire pour visiter.

La stanza è dotata di tutto ciò che serve: balcone con stendibiancheria e mollette, bagno spazioso, angolo cottura con spugnette e strofinacci, pentolame, stoviglie. Il parcheggio interno alla struttura è molto comodo vista l'assenza di parcheggi nella via. Il personale è cortese e nelle parti comuni c'è anche uno spillatore dell'acqua a disposizione di tutti gli ospiti
