Old vintage kind of room and lift. But things work. A lot of tv and fan noise from neighboring rooms due to lack of noise proofing. You can even hear people talking.

The only thing we liked was the location on the beach and that the room was clean.
We did not really like the hotel rooms, the rooms are sort of in the basement, with no view and no elevator to get your baggage down. Parking was 10 euro / day at 5-10 minutes from property - this was unexpected. However, we had to accept it as parking was 15€ / day at regular spots .

Personnel were friendly and helpful. Great location, basic but good breakfast, excellent coffee.
Room is so hot and the aircondition works only couple of hours in the evening and four hours at night. Could barely sleep at all. Even if it is a one star hotel, they should mention it in the room information. Sorry to give bad review, but this was so disappointing.

I went to the property yesterday. Unfortunately they were not yet open as they are still getting ready after the end of the Covid lockdown. The owner Claudia was fantastic and managed to get me in contact with another establishment in the area. I will certainly be back, good location right on the beach and great people!

The location....everything else was a nightmare from beginning to end...
When we arrived there was an older gentleman telling a couple from France that their breakfast was not included in the price, yet they had a reservation which clearly indicated breakfast was included and already paid for with hotels.com. We booked our reservations on line with booking.com almost 3 months before arriving, we were told there was handicapped parking onsite, there wasn't, that the rooms were air-conditioned, they weren't, the rooms were dirty, old, dingy, no screens on the windows, the fridges in all of our rooms were broken (all 4). the entire blind came down when we tried to open and get some air into the rooms. The person at check in did not speak any language other than Italian, we spoke 4 other languages and a small amount of Italian, we mostly had to communicate thru talking with our hands and trying to google translate. We asked about air conditioning and were told it would come on at 6pm, instead later that evening we were told that there would be someone coming in after 6pm that night that could speak English. When the owner of the hotel arrived, he wasn't interested in anything we asked him or told him, he just kept saying "no rooms", "no air conditioning" and "no me culpe" -it's not my fault....he did not care, we asked him, why we weren't told there was no air conditioning in our rooms even tho the website indicated there was air conditioning, he said I sent you an email to tell you...we never received such email and he couldn't come up with a copy to show us. He also called booking.com, the Italian customer service, the man from the booking.com site (Italy) was extremely rude, he said the owner told you he sent you an email, I told him we never received an email, so he told me he couldn't help us if we didn't have an email.

Soggiorno rilassante in posizione strategica, proprietaria gentilissima!
Piccola struttura all'interno di un condominio, con veranda affacciata direttamente sul lungomare sopraelevato di Deiva Marina prospicente la spiaggia a pochi metri. Posizione eccellente e tranquilla, a 500 mt dalla stazione FFSS.
Parcheggio non in struttura, ma riservato proprio presso la stazione FFSS. Colazione abbondante e ristorante a disposizione.
Camera pulita ed adeguata alla categoria, ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo.
Location perfetta per bel mare e per visitare la zona del Tigullio e delle Cinque Terre.
La gentilissima signora Claudia è il valore aggiunto della struttura!

Juste l’emplacement au bord de mer
L’accueil et l’amabilité du personnel. Les chambres situées au sous sol avec seulement des petites fenêtres, tout en haut du mur. La propreté des lieux (cendrier non vidé dans la chambre à l’arrivé, avec une mauvaise odeur). Des serviettes de toilette tachées de jaune. Une climatisation non fonctionnel MAIS qui fuit sur le lit au niveau de la tête. Le personnel qui fume dans les locaux de ménage. Le petit déjeuner avec très peu de choix ou de quantité, même en étant dans les premiers à se servir. Le parking de l’hôtel, qui n’appartient pas à l’hôtel mais à la gare. Une gérante qui voulait nous faire payer l’addition du restaurant d’une autre chambre.
/!\ ATENTION à bien demander du chocolat avec du lait à la place d’un chocolat chaud. Sinon vous risquez d’être surpris lorsque vous recevez votre tasse avec juste du chocolat, fondu, bien épais (style pâte a mugcake).

Albergo semplice ed economico, in una posizione eccezionale davanti al mare! Staff simpatici ed accoglienti, camera piccolina e un po' buio ma comoda e perfettamente pulita. Il rapporto qualità-prezzo è ottimo: la camera era semplice e funzionale, senza lusso e senza pretese, il prezzo è molto onesto. Colazione buona sul terrazzo davanti al mare.
Il ristorante purtroppo mi ha deluso un po', ci sono posti migliori in zona.

Dopo una notte di buon riposo colazione abbondante e ben fornita sia di dolci che di salati puoi raggiungere facilmente il mare in due minuti a piedi con bagni attrezzati oppure usare la spiaggia libera. Se parti per le escursioni la stazione è vicina e facilmente raggiungibile. Perfetto.
Renderei più VISIBILE la struttura dalla strada.
All’arrivo non riuscivo a rendermi conto dove stava e ho dovuto telefonare per capire ma in realtà ero io a non vederla e ci stavo davanti.

Purtroppo la stanza presentava una macchietta di muffa, dato dal fatto che era un ambiente molto umido, e ha portato a non avere un odore gradevole al 100%; in più l’arredo un po’ antiquato.
