Wonderful vacantion at this hotel!

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, just a few steps away from a stunning beach and within walking distance to the train station connecting us to all of Cinque Terre. The hotel offered great value for the price paid, making it even more enjoyable! The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend this place!

Hotel Eden is a great place to stay if you want to stay at the local beach or visit Cinque Terre! The hotel is located close to the train station and to the beach (only 3 minutes of walking). The room was clean and the staff was very friendly and kind. They are well-organized and willing to help or give you some travel tips. If you would like to eat in the area, the hotel has even its own restaurant with a terrace. We strongly recommend staying at the Hotel Eden thanks to its pleasant atmosphere :)

The hotel is good for two stars, but there is still room for improvement

One of the good qualities of the hotel is the pleasant staff (the man who met us at the reception) always smiled at us, was polite, friendly and kind. The hotel is quite clean, cleaned every day. Good location. The hotel has a restaurant where you can have dinner and drinks. The room had a good and comfortable bed

terrible nois insulation, from 7 in the morning there was a rumble under the door, knocking on the doors of neighbors, maids, it was impossible to sleep and rest from the morning. Also, there are no sockets near the bed in the room, there was only one near the table. There is no high-quality lighting with electric lamps, there are two small flashlights and a table lamp near the bed. The bathroom was clean, the maids did a great job, but towards the end of the day, the bathroom smelled of sewage, the shower room is very small, it may be difficult for overweight people to enter

The owner, Dani is an awesome guy who was so accommodating and friendly. He was super cool and supportive who was at our disposal whenever we needed something. he is down to earth and our kids liked him m so much 🙂

5 star hospitality - highly recommend this hotel!

Hospitality was amazing. Massimo, Daniel, Eliza and the whole staff believe in the best of hospitality and it showed. They made our trip warm and personable. The food at their restaurant was top notch in the area. Freshest seafood, amazing pizza and pasta. I will definitely return!

The building is really beautiful, old traditional Mediterranean house, rooms were very clean, housekeepers were doing great job. Location is great, 3 min walk to the beach and 2 min walk to the station. Breakfast was decent and the daily baked bread is a must try, because it's homemade with olive oil.

There is no parking! We parked out car by the road between trees and it was 10 to 15 minutes walk, so always when we wanted to go somewhere with a car we were walking that way. And for sure wasn't secure as it said.

Il tempo non è stato clemente, ma abbiamo potuto camminare e con il treno spostarci facilmente.

Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo e la posizione. Ristorante molto buono, ci abbiamo cenato tutte le sere. E a pranzo sono aperti al ristorante sulla spiaggia.

Emplacement pratique mais pour tout le reste, un peu décevant

L’emplacement pour visiter les Cinque Terre.

Salle de bain : très petite, sans bidet (alors que c’était normalement repris dans la chambre), broyeur (ce qui oblige à mettre son petit papier usagé dans la poubelle), douche très étroite, pas très pratique (manque de crochets pour poser/sécher les serviettes). Chambre : simple vitrage, pas d’isolation entre les étages et porte simple du coup, isolation phonique très très mauvaise (de jour comme de nuit). Mention d’un coffre-fort dans la chambre pourtant inexistant. Pas de Clim, seulement un ventilateur au plafond. Pas de parking ! Les quelques places de libres devant l’hôtel sont limitées à 30min et le parking de l’hôtel se trouve à 1km et non surveillé ! Petit déjeuner très décevant : 1 croissant par personne, du pain sans goût et tranches de jambons et fromages basiques.

La situation géographique par rapport aux cinque terre et surtout la gare à 2 min à pied. Le calme de l'hôtel L'extrême gentillesse et serviabilité du directeur de l'hôtel. Ses conseils pour les Cinque Terre.
