the team: reception. fluid french, speaking, exceptionally friendly and supportive. Hotel within spitting distance to sea and a original, good value for money tavern across right opposite.

The hospitality was outstanding

The brother and sister who own the hotel were exceptionally helpful. The lady serving breakfast was a delight. Any style of egg and bacon were available for the asking, along with continental style breakfast food. Oh! and the coffee was great! The free underground parking was fantastic… spacious and secure Be sure to mention that you need a parking spot. It is best to leave your car there and take the train because there is VERY limited and expensive parking in Cinque Terre. There is a lovely pebble beach across the street. Beach chairs and umbrellas are available at all of the beaches in the region for 25-35€/day. You are permitted to bring your own umbrella and chairs to the public section. Beach foot wear is advisable. It is a 15 minute train ride to the first Cinque Terre village. We would definitely stay here again. Within 200 yards from the hotel, on the Main Street, you will find the restaurant l’östaia. The restaurant is also owned by a brother and sister. The was affordable and tasty and an amazing selection of Gelato.

Marco, the attendant at the desk greeted us right away and walked over to show us where to park and met us at the private parking facility to show us how to open the gate etc.

Very good

It's a nice little hotel with comfortable rooms and private bathroom. The breakfast was diverse, not just sweets as Italians usually offer for breakfast, you could also order eggs and bacon. The hotel staff was very nice and it offers free parking in a private parking lot which has cameras and needs a remote control to enter. Your car is super safe there.

The only thing we disliked was that the walls were too thin, you could here everything- when the neighbour was going to the bathroom, moving a chair or talking. Apart from that, a nice, simple, comfortable hotel.

Wonderful hotel and super friendly staff! Highly recommended!

Excellent hotel literally a 1 minute walk from the beach. The hotel itself is very clean and accommodating, and the breakfast was absolutely delicious! 4 mins walk to the train station to go into the Cinque Terre towns. Best thing about the hotel is the staff who were extremely friendly and went out of the way to help us with everything we needed. Highly recommended if you're looking for a wonderful little hotel on your holiday and we look forward to staying again! :)

Lokalizacja - blisko zarówno do plaży jak i stacji kolejowej, czystość, dobre śniadania, miła obsługa, dodatkowe poduszki/koc.

Suszarka do włosów słabej jakości - długo trzeba suszyć włosy. Brak w łazience kontaktu na grubsze bolce, dla prądu 16 A (np. prostownicy/lokówki).

Sehr empfehlenswert

Sehr gute Lage zum Bahnhof für Ausflüge und absolute Strandnähe. Sehr freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit, so konnten wir z.B.unentgeltlich Sonnenschirm und Strandstuhl ausleihen. Die Frühstücksbetreuung war außerordentlich aufmerksam. Alles zusammen hat unseren Urlaub sehr bereichert. Vielen Dank.

Wir hätten doch trotz Klimaanlage gerne einen kleinen Kühlschrank im Zimmer gehabt. Allerdings wurde uns auch durch den Hotelier Kühlung (Früchte....)in der Rezeption angeboten😀.

Très bien mais beaucoup trop de bruit!

Le personnel, l’emplacement (proche de la mer), le parking à disposition (mais payant 7€/jour), la chambre spacieuse (pour 3) avec balcon.

Manque d’insonorisation!!!!! Nous entendions les ronflements, conversations…. Des voisins! Aucun respect du repos des autres. À 23h45 encore beaucoup de bruit et aucune discrétion. Manque d’un petit réfrigérateur.

Fantastische locatie

Het is een geweldige locatie, zowel het appartement als de omgeving. Prima uitvalsbasis. Voor Cinque Terre kun je lopen naar het station. Voor Genua zij we met de auto naar Chiavari gereden en hebben daar de trein gepakt. In het dorp zijn genoeg restaurants.
