Good for sleeping but not much more

The location is great with a parking and close proximity to the train station towards Cinque Terre.

The restaurant is very disappointing. Fish and other seafood products that were used seem to have been fresh but frozen. The portions were small and the price overly high for what it was. One of the server (who is also responsible for the hotel) seem to not like us for some reason. He was not helpful in giving advice regarding things to visit in the region.

Friendly staff, good breakfast, great location, quick train ride to cinque terre. Restaurants nearby open late, big beaches, plenty to enjoy.

We arrived in the morning, check-in is in the afternoon, but they let us leave our luggage at the reception area and we went to Cinque Terre. Great breakfast. A/C in the room. Parking is a 1 minute walk from the hotel. The hotel room doesn't have balcony, but they have ropes by the window to hang your wet clothes after the beach.

Beautiful location

Loved the location. Paid the extra for a room with a sea view. The evening sunset was amazing. Loved the breakfast buffet which was included - excellent choice!

The receptionist (owner?) on arrival was off- hand to the point of being rude. We even saw him argue with another client in the restaurant. Would add that the morning receptionist (owner?) was totally different. Didn't like the car park being a fair walk from the hotel itself, but at least there was a space.

Good

The hotel is located right over the beach, where you can either borrow an umbrella with beds or use the beach without services. Staff is kind and willing to help.The quadruple room is small, but enough for sleeping. Possibility to reserve parking in the hotels garage. Location is nice, short promenade with small evening adventures for children. Book your reservation at Clipper restaurant and taste delicious food and wines. Or taste pizza at Perbacco and enjoy sunset on their terrace.

We did have room n.6, which is on the ground floor, and is the closest to the entrance for the rooms. The doors of the entrance are really really really noisy, what is not making a pleasant stay. Served breakfast is poor and each day the same. Make sure to come soon for breakfast. Bidet not working. One of the Air-conditioning smell not good so we rather do not turn on. Not stable wifi.

Management

I did not like how we were treated by the manager. Inspite of a motorbike accident with hospitalization the establishment did not want to wave the cancelation fee. Also the trains were striking and there was no means for us to get there on time. So yes.. not very hospitable inspite of emergency and documents. Must say we were really disappointed.

Friendly & next to the sea.

You pay for the location. The hotel is next to the sea! People are friendly and helpful. Breakfast typical Italian and ok. We could park our car next to the station behind gates, only a few hundred meters from hotel, which was fine. We also took the train easily to Cinque Terre. Room was very small and outdated. We had one with streetview. No place to hang wet towels. Close to the hotel there is a nice snackbar selling streetfood and run by an very sweet couple, a gelatoshop, cocktailbar and a restaurant. The hotel also has a restaurant.

Sono stato diverse volte negli anni, soggiorno sempre piacevole. Struttura curata, pulita, ottima colazione, bene anche camere e confort. Assolutamente consigliata. Vista mare splendida!
