Really great value for money. Comfortable beds and decent rooms.
The only issue we had was the air conditioning unit dripping after a couple of nights.

Location was good, we walked everywhere

Staff was nice and polite
Lacks on safety, specially in the bath. Our baby son (almost 2 years old) slipped and opened his chin. We requested anti slippery mat after the incident and returning from hospital and we were told by the night staff to go and buy one at the shops. Daily staff was a bit more understanding and tried to solve the issue however couldn't find a suitable solution. Also the floor inside the bedroom was marble everywhere, which could be another safety issue. The staff proposed as a solution to go to a carpeted room, which we didn't accept since it didn't solve the bath problem.
Could be more baby friendly, since it has steps inside the premises (not many though)
