Excellent location, clean and comfortable apartment, easy self check-in
The biggest downside was the early morning noise. Deliveries to the nearby businesses started around 6:00 AM, making it difficult to sleep. If you're a light sleeper, this is something to keep in mind. There was also a noticeable cooking smell from the restaurant on the ground floor.

Location and accessibility. No one can beat this location
Irrespective of heat wave going across I was provided with a simple fan. It become nightmare to stay inside.

The location was excellent. The rooms were large and the beds were comfortable
The noise from the street was very loud until very late at night. Therefore we could not open our windows and the rooms were very very hot, even with the fan. No elevator.
