The properly was as advertised, providing a spacious and comfortable environment. It is actually larger in person. The beds are large and quite comfortable, towels and all necessities are provided. The location of the apartment is in the centre of the tourist locations, but also on the border of less popular places to give you the contrast you need.

Not sure if it was a user problem or fault, but the floor outside the shower would gather a little bit of water after multiple people have showered - meaning the towel/floor mat we used would get wet very fast. And the washing machine/dryer DOES work, but it isn’t the best as the drying features struggled with the towels which we needed to clean considering the longer stay with 5 guests.

The location was simply excellent! Conveniently located with essential amenities, mini marts, snacks, coffee shops, souvenirs, tram station, and restaurants. Yet a very quiet location.

Overall, we very much enjoyed our stay and found the apartment to be comfortable and well‑maintained. We did, however, experience an unexpected challenge during a power outage. The outage completely disabled the internet and electronic access systems, leaving us unable to open the main gate and the apartment door. Unfortunately, we were locked out while stepping out briefly for coffee and couldn’t re‑enter to retrieve our luggage on the morning of checkout. Other guests were affected as well. We were grateful for the kind neighbor at the L4 Café who guided us on how to manually open the main gate and helped contact the landlord. About 15 minutes later, an elderly gentleman arrived with physical keys and was able to open the apartment door for us manually. We truly appreciated his timely help. I understand that this situation was very rare, and everything was resolved in the end. For future guests, it would be helpful to have quicker emergency support or a clear backup plan for accessing the apartment during unexpected power outages, especially on checkout mornings when timing is tight. Overall, we had a good stay, and with a small improvement in emergency responsiveness, the experience would be even better for a 10 out of 10.

Nice, clean and in the centre of old town.

Everything is nice except the brief hiccup on the checking out stage when the entrance to the apt building was malfunctioned but it was okay.

The properity was in a stunning building. High cielings, large corridors, elevator..

The hosting company was not customer focused. We requested a crib for our 2 yo baby. They’ve said it’s not a free service. (Which is free everywhere fir 2 yers old babies, So we asked them to put sheets on the sofa bed for the baby. I also asked 2 additional pillows for my sister who has a back pain and cannot sleep with only 1 pillow. They said they cannot provide more than 4 pillows for 4 guests. They probably thought we were cheeting on the number of guests. Upset, I invited them in the apartment to check! Finally no crib, no sheets for baby, no extra towels and no pillows for my sister were provided !!! The cofee machine had no filter. Dishwasher was not functionning properly. Based on their initial attitude we did not require any support.
