The location was great, and the room was clean.

A bit old building and rooms, furnitures and room was not spacious

The staff was very helpful: there was no free parking space when we arrived but they found a solution. They communicated well and regularly via the Booking.com app. The location was very good: not in the middle of the Old Town and the touristy places (so not too noisy or crowded), but close enough to bus and tram stops that took you to the Old Town (the city is well connected), and there were many shops, cafes and a shopping centre close by.

We only got one type of room which was a bit small for the three of us (the shower booth was also small), but we were more or less expecting it because we booked a bit late. It was not too much of a trouble.

Good location for shops and town.

Very noisy, so much so we left early and booked into another hotel. Staff didn't seem to care. The room was very dated, small, scruffy, and looked directly into an office block. The blinds didn't work well so you had to have them all the way down during the day for privacy otherwise you'd have office workers looking in. The mattress topper would fall off when you moved in the night. No basic amenities in the room (tea/coffee). The hotel we booked into (across the road) was only €50 more at late notice (for a junior suite). I'm not sure how Ibis can justify the price considering the product you receive.
