Mikulášská - Old Town Square View Residence

Great location! Views of the church from the window were great! The clock is right around the corner. You can walk everywhere! Already referred friends here.

The AC in the living room was not that strong, but still ok. WiFi in the back room was weak. None of these things were big issues. We would still rent here again.

Perfectly positioned, Astromnomical clock a 3 min walk you can view it from the apartment window as well as the Old Town Square. Lots of restaurants and pubs across the square and even good beer and pizza in restaurant below the apartment. Very spacious lounge, dinning room area and bedrooms, great size. Modern style clean bathrooms, 2 showers and 2 toilets. Great communication via WA with reception and once registered easy instructions to enter apartment. Ask for the number on the wall above the door to look for as it is a little concealed. We will definately go back again.

No Wi-Fi in back bedroom and urine smell from an animal by bathroom in hall.

Location is perfect. You can walk everywhere in the city center. You actually pay here the price for the great location.

Unfortunately a couple of things: 1. When we arrived the dish washer was dirty and smelled terrible. It seems the clean lady didn't turn it on. 2. A lot of kitchen utensils were dirty : bowls, pans, etc. We had to wash everything before using it. 3. You do not have control from the heating. So it was tremendously warm every time. The room without a window, between the living room and the bathrooms, was a complete sauna, and the room next to the kitchen was colder. 4. Some of the lights were broken 5. Bed sheets were old and ripped 6. The elevator is very small so a big stroller will not fit and you would need to use the stairs - as the apartment is on the second floor. A positive thing: every time I wrote to the contact number, they tried to solve and fix the things. However I shouldn't have needed to contact them in the first place. Pictures are a bit older than reality. If you stay here, do not expect so much. Although it is super central, I would try to find another place with better amenities and probably cheaper.
