+ great location - in the city center, near to most of the tourist atractions and public trarnsport
+ good breakfast - many options to choose from
+ flexible staff
- although requested, we couldnt get a room with bath (altough it was an option) so we had to pay upgrate to get an apartment with a bath
- folding sofa (3rd bed) was super uncomfortable (it's an old sofa)

Location is excelent. Right in the middle of attractions.
Easy to get arround. Quite and without noise.
Great breakfast
The bathtab is not easy to use for old man. Very slipery, without protection or rubber on the bathtab floor.

Good location.
Size of the bedroom, and the size of the bed are smaller than expected, and the water pressure in the bath was low.
Breakfast kinda ok.
