It made a really welcome return to the continent since pre-Covid days.

Space, comfort, breakfast which could keep us going for most of the day, plenty of parking, very helpful staff particularly when we needed to buy the environmental sticker for access to town centres by car. The evening meal was excellent. We were really spoilt for choice.

Noisy location, uncomfortable bed in a little claustrophobic room, bad isolation everywhere. Carpet on the floor that smelled like urine. Not worth 3 stars!

Disappointing

Bed was comfortable, and the food in the restaurant was good. Shower was nice and hot. The lady during the check-in was very nice.

It was incredibly echo-y and my room was not soundproof. They have a "Kegelbahn" (similar to bowling), available for restaurant visitors until 10 pm. You can hear the ball being thrown in your room. And after 10 pm, after the restaurant closed, they cleaned everything till about midnight. I heard every door opening/ closing, steps, clangs, and other noises. You could also hear the guests in the neighboring rooms. The coffee at breakfast was rather watery.

Hotel met are expectations

We just this for a step over on our drive back. So it was ok. The person I forgot his name came out at around midnight to let us in as we arrived late which was very much appreciated.

It’s a nice comfortable hotel with friendly staff.

Very comfortable large room with comfortable beds. Ate evening meal at premises which was very good. Breakfast was good and there is plenty of free parking in the rear car park.

Location wasn’t great ..not lots in immediate vicinity, but a nice place for an overnight stay if visiting or working in area. Service was a bit slow for our evening meal. Booked table for 7pm, arrived five to seven and weren’t served until 7.35 (drinks order) When food came it was good.

The hotel is located in the nice quiet area. It has a charming small garden with wonderful collection of fuchsias and other flowers. there is a free parking for guests. The restaurant is a popular place in the evening. The hostess is a very nice lady. In the rooms you get small complements like water and chocolate. Everything is clean.

In the room there is no air conditioner and no fridge or mini bar. The breakfast is rather usual. You can order the egg of your choice and you also have the selection of cheese, ham, bread, yoghurt. Mostly cold meal. Outside there was some music which sound like a concert far away, but the noise protection of the closed windows was not enough to sleep. Beds are rather hard, which is a matter of taste. No selection of pillows.

Repas du soir très bon schnitzel, personnels très sympathiques. Chambre très propre.

Chambre 9 a fuir !!! Salle de bain beaucoup trop petite, matelas très mou, très mal dormis, me suis réveillée avec douleur. mauvaise insonorisation, dommage.

- De kamers zijn zeer netjes. - Goede bedden. - Hygiëne is top. Uitstekende douche, ruime badkamer. - Het ontbijt is uitstekend: ruime keuze, persoonlijke bediening (koffie, eieren,...). Eén van de beste die ik al op hotel heb ervaren.

- Hoofdkussens zijn aan vervanging toe.

Wij hadden de suite met 3 slaapkamers. Zeer ruim en mooi gerenoveerd. Ruimtes zeer schoon. Locatie dicht bij Aken. Genoeg ruimte voor parkeren.

В целом гостиница очень хорошая, но со своими нюансами.

Нам понравилась гостиница. Удобно расположена. Вежливый персонал. В номерах хорошие удобные кровати. Хорошая терасса. Вид из окон хороший.

Не понравилось то что двери в большую комнату не закрывались, в ванной не работал клапан слива воды, и в номерах была пыль практически везде.
