Disaster.

I booked hotel room via Booking.com for one night. The first what I mentioned entering the room is a not vacuumed floor. The room turned out to be not cleaned at all: dusty furniture overall, lots of dust under bed. Spiders net 🕷️ in a closet and on a bathroom mirror and in an air in a middle of the room just in my face and a cockroach on a wall. Plus you easily hear yours neighbors talking. So I called reception and let them know about situation and asked for another room. The answer was that all rooms are booked so if I don’t want to stay I can leave a key on reception table. It was already 23:00. No sorry, nothing, just leave a key. So I did. It is a disaster. Good that I recieved my money back.

Excellent Stay!!!

Excellent Location!! I felt it was on top of a mountain area. Every room has a balcony with an amazing view of the evergreen lush lands. People traveling with Electric Car can definitely go for this location as it has 4 Charging Points at a distance of 50 meters from the Hotel. Zell City is 20mins away drive from location and Burger King also 10 mins away from the location.

I booked the room for the vacation and then I found that the price was more than 50% higher than usual. The most important thing was the room was not clean and smelled very bad!!!!!

I liked it, good place to sleep near airport

place is not far from airport in a small village, we came late so did not have a chance to see around. It is easy to find, enough place for parking. hotel offers transfers to airport, so no problem with that. rooms are clean, and tv has netflix. there is restaurant inside so you can eat at that place too.

Hotel has misleading information about offering ‘free airport shuttle’. Airport shuttle is not free as they claim in the description, but costs 15 euros per each transfer. It is only free for people who park their cars, but there’s no mention of this condition in their description.

It is not just a hotel and a restaurant. It is a perfect logistic hub for passengers from the airport. If you feel lost at Hahn airport (the only one in Germany without a railway station) you can rely on the hotel staff for any transfers and parking your car

Countryside stay

The location was nicely on the country side in between the sloping hills. In the evening there were deer eating just behind the house and it gave the place an even nicer relaxing feeling. The staff was very friendly and attentive.

The only downside was the closing of the room doors. They were with a heavy spring and therefore slam at the end and it can be heard well throughout the corridor and in the room itself. Sound isolation between the room door and hallway could be improved.

Stay the night before your early flight

This is a great hotel for a very good price in order to stay the night in a simple hotel before a flight. You have everything you need for your average hotel stay, it is located behind the airport but in a quiet village. The room has comfortable beds and there was a balcony. There is a restaurant in the building if you want to eat and there is parking with a shuttle service.

Nothing to say. There was nothing that we missed or needed that we were expecting.
