Catastrophique

Nous sommes arrivés à l’hôtel, dont la réservation était confirmée, au jour planifié . À notre arrivée, la gérante nous a annoncé qu’il n’y avait pas de réservation à notre nom. Après lui avoir montré notre mail de confirmation et avoir recherché dans le système, il s’avère que Booking.com nous avait mis en surréservation et que les gérants de l’hôtel, prévenus de cette situation , n’ont pas réagi et n’ont pas daigné nous prévenir et annuler la reservation. Nous nous sommes retrouvés sans solution un soir à 20h et livrés à nous même. Pas un mot d’excuses. C’est inadmissible de la part des gérants de l’hôtel et indigne de la part de Booking.

Kleines Hotel mit nettem Ambiente. Die Mitarbeiter waren freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer Nr.1 war für uns spitze. Für französische Verhältnisse gutes Frühstück.

Die Betten waren etwas zu weich, aber das ist Geschmackssache.

Un emplacement en plein cœur de Beignon près de la place de l'église. Un super accueil de Pascal et son bar attenant pour l'apéro.. On a même pu petit déjeuner en terrasse.

La chambre était bien, avec une salle de bain spacieuse.

Le petit déjeuner était beaucoup trop cher avec des fromages et des condiments périmés depuis plusieurs mois.
