Will be great when renovations are completed.

Location is lovely. Leisure lake and golf course literally on doorstep. Supermarket nearby.

Renovations being done for a spa which will be great when completed but unsightly during our stay. Also, main bar was shut for renovations.

Evening menu didn’t change so had to find somewhere nearby to eat as do not want to eat same menu for more than two nights Bar closed 10pm - nowhere to sit and chat with friends. Outside bar area poor and unkept

The staff were amazing very welcoming. Restaurant manager and receptionist staff both a credit to the hotel.

The room could benefit from an update. Spa facilities; this again could benefit from a refurb The breakfast was very poor; unfortunately with flies landing on the uncovered items which was off putting. Not the usual standard of a Best Western plus hotel

The spa facilities are great, we also really enjoyed the breakfast with a view on the golf.

The room looked like it's from the 90's- On top of that there's no A/C which is a must have when it's 30 degrees outside.

Fabulous location on a lake. Walking distance to a nice Creperie. Spacious bedrooms with balcony.

Large dog roaming the reception area which is quite off putting . Had I known we never would have booked it. Hairdryer was also a problem .

L’emplacement est idéal, au calme près du lac. La chambre est confortable et la literie très agréable. La terrasse est grande et appréciable

Les équipements sont vieillissants, la salle de bain, la baignoire, les placards tout est propre mais vieillot. La chambre est petite même pour 2 Les spa est très vieillot : piscine jacuzzi sauna mais actuellement en travaux. J’avais réservé un soin du visage : on dirait une selle de réunion et pas un spa. Décoration et ambiance insatisfaisante. Mais personnel agréable.

Presque parfait .... mais !

Hotel très bien placé, entre lac et golf (promenades très agréables), et proximité de Ploërmel. Chambre de taille moyenne, mais literie très confortable. Spa, massages et piscine confortent le coté agréable du séjour. A l'exception du responsable du restaurant, le personnel était accueillant, attentif et agréable.

Cet établissement accepte les chiens. A notre arrivé, nous avions demandé s'il était possible de diner au restaurant de l'hotel. La réponse a été positive pour diner dans une arrière salle du restaurant prévue à cet effet. Mais lorsque nous avons voulu diner, nous avons été accueilli par le responsable du restaurant qui nous a éconduit de façon très vulgaire et condescendante à cause du chien (de petite taille). Ceci n'est pas admissible dans un hotel qui se veut 4 étoiles, de traiter de la sorte des clients qui résident plusieurs jours et qui paient 20 euros par jour pour leur chien. Je suis un "grand voyageur" avec mon chien dans des hotels 4 étoiles et jamais je n'ai été reçu de la sorte.

Vue magnifique et moments cocon une belle pause!

Nous avons eu une chambre avec la meilleure vue! Laccueil souriant et chaleureux,les explications au petit dejeuner copieux et bon avec produits maison!(les madeleines sont incroyables!) Lacces au spa inclus,la chambre sobre mais lumineuse et aux couleurs soignées.

Le hamam etait non accessible car en travaux. La chambre un peu petite manquait de petites attentions personnalisées...(shampoing et gel douche quelquonques pour ce genre d établissement) Du mal a trouver du negatif ...

Je reviendrai avec grand plaisir

Un séjour parfait ! L'accueil a été chaleureux et professionnel, dès mon arrivée. La chambre était très propre, confortable et bien équipée. J'ai également apprécié la possibilité de faire une belle balade juste à côté de l'hôtel, un vrai plus pour se détendre. Je recommande vivement !

Schöne Unterkunft, kommen gerne wieder.

Wir waren im Nebengebäude untergebracht, was mir sehr entgegenkam, da das Zimmer nach hinten rausging und somit von der Straße nichts zu hören war. Das Zimmer hatte eine gut ausgestattete Küchenzeile, sehr praktisch, wenn man sich selbst versorgen möchte. Bad war von zwei Seiten begehbar, ebenfalls gut durchdacht. Das Bett war sehr bequem, wir hatten eine erholsame Nacht.

Das Personal, zumindest die Damen, die wir kennengelernt haben, sprechen kein Englisch, ungewöhnlich für ein Hotel dieser Kategorie.

Manque de place dans la salle de bain. La vitre n'est pas étanche donc il y a beaucoup d'eau qui sortait de la baignoire.

Bien pour l'accueil, assez bien pour la partie hôtellerie, mais une catastrophe pour le restaurant

Le lieu est vraiment agréable et calme. Le contact par le personnel était très bien, surtout les hôtesses à l'accueil. La chambre, bien que petite et un peu vétuste, était assez confortable. Les petits déjeuners sont parfaits également.

Nous avions réservé une chambre avec terrasse mais des travaux (tôt le matin et toute la journée) nous ont empêché de profiter de cette terrasse. L'ensemble correspond à un hôtel 3 étoiles mais pas 4. Le point noir est le repas du soir au restaurant qui, malgré un cadre agréable, n'était vraiment pas à la hauteur du reste. C'était assez bruyant et des entrées au dessert, c'était très très fade, voir immangeable pour le plat principal (volaille). Le maître d'hôtel (qui ne met pas les gens à l'aise) nous a offert l'apéritif mais ça ne rattrape pas le moment très désagréable que nous avons passé. A noter que les serveuses, elles, étaient très gentilles même si on les sentaient très tendues.

Het restaurant. Goede ontvangst en veelbelovend bij aanvang maar dan... de wachttijden. Wij hebben meer dan 4u gedaan over 3 gangen. De porties zijn klein en stellen teleur. Drank werd vergeten. De bediening gebeurt met een "allez hup ça marche..." . Wij hadden het dessert nog niet gekregen en de tafels werden al afgeruimd. Een groot deel van de gasten op slippers, blote voeten en in de short. Terwijl het restaurant zich profileert als toch een wat hogere klasse.

La chambre était très spacieuse et donnait sur le practice de golf ce qui était un plus..... Le SPA accessible sans rdv était aussi un gros atout, le personnel était très attentif à nos demandes et c'était parfait

Un très bel endroit pour séjourner au calme

Idéalement situé pour découvrir le centre de la Bretagne (à condition d'avoir un véhicule). Chambres spacieuses, calmes et confortables. Personnel très accueillant, très bonne table (testé au dîner) et petits déjeuner excellents (choix et qualité).

Le Spa mériterai un rafraichissement et une déco plus chic pour être en phase avec le reste de l'établissement qui lui est très bien décoré. Une politique RSE qui incite (et c'est tant mieux) le client à économiser le linge de toilette mais un golf arrosé à grandes eaux tous les matins, dommage :(

J’aurais pu rester pour profiter plus de l’emplacement ravissant.

L’intérieur est très agréablement refait (2025). Personnel très aimable. Les chambres sur le lac ont une jolie vue et une terrasse sympathique. Excellent petit déjeuner. Vrai café, pas industriel.

Il y a une forte odeur de chlore à cause du spa. Spa qui est d’ailleurs plus intime que grandiose….
