Château Bily B&B Hôtel

La chambre rose !! Et tous les détails de cette maison d'hôtes rénovée avec beaucoup de goût et de curiosités décoratives qui font que le lieu est Incroyable. Le service des petits déjeuners toujours sur un thème différent : nappe , vaisselle, couverts... Du fait maison pour TOUT ce que l'on a dégusté : Crêpes, Confitures, pains variés, cake aux fruits, brownies ... Un choix et une qualité irréprochable ! Le jus de pomme aussi, délicieux ! Du salé et du sucré comme on aime ! Tout est un régal des yeux et des papilles !! Un grand merci à Marilyn et à la dégustation du miel d'André ! Nous avons été chouchoutés.!! Ah !! Aussi le très joli jardin pour se prélasser... Et en plus il y a possibilité de garer sa voiture, et de mettre les vélos en sûreté.

Wij hebben een fantastisch verblijf gehad in Château Bily! Vanaf het moment dat we aankwamen, voelden we ons welkom. Marilyn ontving ons ontzettend hartelijk en de gezellige, sfeervolle kamers zorgden ervoor dat we heerlijk hebben geslapen. En dan het ontbijt… werkelijk fantastisch! Zoveel heerlijke homemade producten en zoveel aandacht voor ieder detail. Iedere ochtend was de tafel weer anders gedekt, met een ander servies en prachtig tafellinnen in kleur. Echt een feestje!! La Chèze zelf is een klein dorpje, maar voor ons was het de perfecte uitvalsbasis voor ons vierdaagse bezoek aan het festival “Blues Au Château”. Vanuit hier kun je bovendien de prachtige omgeving goed ontdekken, want Château Bily ligt heel centraal. Een heerlijke plek, met veel charme en persoonlijke aandacht. Wij komen hier met heel veel plezier nog eens terug! Dank je Marilyn🙏

The warmest welcome, quirky attractive surroundings, pretty room and attentive hostess. Breakfast was truly wonderful with home baked items and delicious preserves. Beautifully presented on lovely China ware and glass dishes. A joy to experience. We slept very well.

Nothing

The rooms were large and clean, towels were exchanged every day and the room was cleaned every day. The breakfast was tasty and was included in the price.

1. We were not given a room key and the room could not be locked from the outside - we asked the owner about it, she assured us that she lived there and that the room is safe. However, we returned into the room multiple times and she did not even notice us. There was a small lock from the inside so at least we felt safe at night, but not during the day - so we at least locked our valuables in a suitcase. We've never experienced this in any other stay, it felt so out of place. 2. The bed was fitted with an american bedding - flat sheet, blanket, coverlet - and it was highly uncomfortable. We did not expect this bedding in Europe (and did not encounter it anywhere else in Europe). For the whole stay, we were not able to make it work. 3. The breakfast was tasty but only sweet - oh boy, so sweet. There was nothing not-sweet in it. Good for 1-2 nights but we stayed for 6 nights and not much has changed during our stay. And all the guests ate at one large table, which made it hard to enjoy. Especially when the owner had friends for breakfast and we felt like second-class guests.
