A rare gem

The Brit Hotel Les Voyageurs is a rare gem in the heart of Loudéac, offering all the amenities you could need, along with an excellent restaurant and spa. The kind staff attend to all your needs and requests with great care. The rooms are clean and well decorated. I definitely recommend it!

A little bemused.

Beds were comfortable. English speaking receptionist, very understanding.

Lack of milk to go alongside tea & Coffee. Cost of the pool as an extra. Lack of child's choice on the evening menu. The fact they took a deposit of €100 then didn't take it into account when the final bill came; cheated again. Had to complain, receptionist had to look into it. Told it will be refunded, not received asbestos but not 24hrs have gone by. Many travelers may not have checked their bill, and overpaid.

It had a lovely terrace and bar. Parking was good.

Very strict check in, not needed passports anywhere else.

Excellent restaurant as part of the hotel with a limited menu but super food. Pool and spa which was a new facility and looked cool. Very friendly and positive management

confusion at checkout as we were asked to pay again and had to insist that we had already paid. We were then asked to pay our bar bill - and again had to insist that we had already paid this as well. We were then asked to pay 2 euro tax - which we just paid without checking if we needed to pay or not?

An unexpected treat.

The hotel was very well organised re C-19, which was very reassuring. The bedroom was excellent and immaculately clean. The young lady on duty was very friendly and could not have been more helpful. The restaurant menu for that evening did not appeal to us, so she made a reservation for us at an artisan pizza restaurant on the edge of the village, which was excellent. We we offered a breakfast menu to choose from and breakfast was served in the very comfortable dining room on individual trays.

Everything was ticketyboo.
