Beautiful little hotel

The hotel is beautifully clean and nicely decorated. You continental breakfast was ample with a great deal of variety. The staff were friendly and helpful especially the night receptionist Lilou.

Ibis Pontivy stay.

Comfortable bed, clean room, pleasant and helpfull reception staff, good parking, felt safe, good location.

To be honest, the continental breakfast on offer wasn't too bad. Certainy not the worst or the best i have seen, but it was lacking in terms of protection from the respect of multiple customers handling what was on offer. We are still covid sensitive, as it is still out there, so it put us off som e of the food items available. I.e. baguettes were being picked up and ripped into portions with surplus replaced into breakfast basket, conserves in jars with spoons for all to serve from and not individual portions which are much more hygienic, hams and cheeses on open trays and not covered from airborne materials, also croissants and limited pastries uncovered too. It wouldn't stop us staying there, but I probably wouldn't choose to breakfast here, sorry.

Pleasant room but disappointing restaurant

The room was clean and fresh.

The location is a long way from the centre of town and poorly sign-posted. I arrived on a bike. It was really hard to find my way there up a steep hill. The breakfast was not great - fruit salad that was going brown, soggy croissants, fresh fruit on the point of rotting and jam from jars that had to be shared with others. Dinner at the restaurant within the hotel was very mediocre.

Nothing. I didn’t t have the choice. It was the only one available. It was clean but the manager the Sunday morning was rude. This kind of hotel is very low quality and he had the audacity to ask me to pay for two cafes. It was to late for a decent breakfast so I asked him for two cafes that I got at his machine. He asked me the number of my bedroom. When I was on my way to leave he asked me to pay for 2 misérable cafes. What a shame. People in France have no choice and accept this kind of bad service. Live and learn 😅 Just a kind word for the mades and people working at the hotel. They were nice and gentle.

It’s location: everything needs to be done by car. Also I paid more (80€ vs 69€) than the price indicated on booking which included taxes so I was not pleasantly surprised

Breakfast extremely poor very little choice and very hit and miss one day products reasonable next very poor location for us was good very quiet

Hotel seemed to be using Covid 19 as an excuse for lack of cleanliness and rooms not being serviced fully daily

This hotel is very clean, modern and we had a great 3 night stay. Would highly recommend. Very comfortable, cool bedroom and great shower. Small bar and food size restaurant also. Will be back!

Le manque d'indications claires pour trouver l'entrée de l'accès à l'hôtel.( Très difficile de nuit) La salle d'eau un peu exiguë Le petit déjeuner, bon et varié mais peu pratique : cuiller à miel peu facile à utiliser, oranges pressées peu visibles, pains variés mais pas de simple baguette. C'est la mode un peu " écolo bobo" avec pains aux graines, pains complets, thés parfumés, laits alternatifs, confitures et beurre en vrac, contenants comestibles.. mais pas de baguette simple ni de yaourt nature. Un petit retour aux basiques parfois ça fait du bien ?

Ce n'est pas un gros désagrément, mais j'avais des difficulté à procéder au réglage de la température de chambre. Pas de notice, pas d'infortion d'utilisation. À améliorer...

Très bon séjour à recommander pour une visite du centre Bretagne

Facile à trouver, personnel fort aimable. Possibilité de petit déjeuner très tôt ce qui est important avant notre journée sportive où le rendez-vous est à 7h30. Chambre très propre. Le Courtepaille voisin est intégré à l’hôtel et lui sert de restaurant

La proximité avec centre commercial, cinéma.

Le premier accueil était passable. Personne blasée. On me donne la carte sans me notifier ou ça se trouve (rez de chaussée ou à l’étage). Aucune info sur les horaires du déjeuner… Le reste du personnel était au top. Le ménage était fait même sur un court séjour. C’est un plus. Le choix du déjeuner était limité. Dommage.

Un excellent séjour qui fut une belle surprise

Accueil parfait, qualité de service, et un petit déjeuner excellent avec des produits de qualité ( thé Palais des thés) et frais ( fruits, pain, viennoiserie et oranges pressées…).
