Great location, lots of restaurants and shops close by. Gloria the resident dog is so sweet.

The location was great. The staff were friendly. We loved their little beagle. The showers were nice and hot.

Charming hotel with great staff. The rooms were very small,could have used a more comfortable bed.

Breakfast was lovely! Staff was extremely accommodating and super helpful with helping us figure out where to dine and where to go.

rooms were small and bed wasn't very comfortable. The bathroom was very well equipped however and we adjusted to the size of the room. The hotel itself was charming.

On the whole our stay was lovely and convenient for all the town restaurants as well as trips to the Normandy beaches.

Classic period property. Everything you imagine a period French property to be. Great location and very friendly staff. Delightful Beagle Hound called Gloria. Lovely breakfast. Undercover parking

Rooms seemed a bit small. A few minor redecorations needed. Bathroom extractor fan wasn’t working which meant the bathroom steamed up quite a bit as there was no bathroom window.

This was an amazing place to stay! Gorgeous location! We enjoyed a fabulous dinner. We did not stay for breakfast. The room was perfect- very comfortable, lovely furnishings, and plenty of room. The hot tub by the river was a bonus. Would be a great place to spend several days.

Historic hotel right on the main Bayeux pedestrian street, but quiet.

Cool old chateau in the heart of Bayeux; nice secure parking onsite. Room was clean and of adequate size. Nice patio area behind the hotel for having an evening cocktail in a quiet wooded grassy view. Breakfast was worth the price.

Location, staff, property were excellent! All four people in my party said they would stay here again. It was wonderful to have Gloria, the hotel pet, too! She was the added bonus upon arrival!!

A really beautiful hotel situated in the heart of Bayeux.

A really beautiful old hotel situated in the heart of Bayeux with easy access to the main town. It is a traditional old hotel - exceptionally friendly staff. Private car park for guests. The room was large and clean and had a lovely bathroom with a large shower. The bed was very comfortable.

It would have been nice to have tea/coffee making facilities in the room. Room service was excellent though.

Perfect hotel to visit the Bayeux tapestry

Lovely French chateau style hotel in the centre of Bayeux, with private parking. We arrived very late and we were thankfully checked in very smoothly and had a good size family room in the eves. The room had a separate bathroom, toilet and dressing room. We had a good continental breakfast in one of two grand rooms and the staff were very helpful when I asked for Oat milk and extra cutlery etc. We were able to leave our car at the hotel after checkout and walk to the Bayeux tapestry which was fantastic.

It was fine...only "ok" for price paid---

Good location.

Room tiny. Not enough outlets or plugs. No A/C. No help with luggage up 1.5 flights. Did run into Owner on Patio one evening--he seemed nice/good. He needs to invest in his asset. I understand that Bayeux is a small market with high summer demand, but value still needs to be provided.

Great location to explore the town and Normandy beaches

Clean and comfortable, great location in Bayeux and good base to explore Normandy beaches. Close to laundromat and lovely bar for drinks outside in the garden.

Breakfast was an additional cost but there are plenty of Boulangerie’s nearby for fresh croissants.

We had a very enjoyable short holiday in this hotel in Bayeux.

Our room was a good size. The bed was clean and comfortable. The staff were helpful and friendly. It was certainly well placed and value for money.

The television did not appear to work. As we were only there for 3 days this was not a major drawback. Breakfast was ok but we found better at a local patisserie.

Great little boutique hotel , particularly if travelling light !

Great location. Friendly bilingual helpful staff. Good parking and bike storage. Breakfast ok without rapture, but had all the essentials and reasonable value.

No lift. We did know this in advance and should have packed better to avoid dragging 2 large suitcases up narrow stairs. Our part of the main building was in no way disabled friendly but it is a very old and elegant building

Lovely property and staff, small rooms at inconvenient location

The property is lovely and they have a lovely garden in the back where you can sit read contemplate have your breakfast or bring in something to eat for yourself

I feel for the price. It had absolutely no amenities. The towels were terribly worn and thin and small. They didn’t offer any cotton balls or shower caps and there was no body lotion. These are things you would expect in a three star hotel. The amenities were non existent. You had to buy bottles of water from the front desk and there was no refrigerator in the room. For three star hotel, I felt this really fell short and I would take away a star. Breakfast wasn’t much to speak of, stale croissants and very weak coffee! They had the usual meats and cheeses, but there was really nothing special there.There is no air conditioning therefore I would not suggest you book this hotel in the height of summer. Thankfully, we had cool evenings and could keep the window open therefore it was comfortable. But I can’t imagine what it would be like if the weather were really hot. In addition, the location isn’t very convenient. It’s on the other end of town to all of the sites. We often had to walk over a kilometer to get to some of the major sites of the town. There are better choices in Bayeaux. We were there for four nights and were disappointed.
