Excellent value for money, clean comfortable room and very friendly staff

Very friendly staff, clean, comfortable room with a big space to sit outside. Exceptional value for money. Location on the edge of Cavtat was a great place for a last night stay before heading back to the airport to fly home, and Cavtat is a lovely little town with plenty of places to eat and some nice walks around the headland.

The bathroom was a little dated, but it was functional and the shower was good.

Underrated Apartment would recommend

This villa was super accessible to the nearby port and bus station on foot, had a really good morning walk and explored a good chunk of the city thanks to its location. Additionally the landlord was super accommodating and even drove me to the ferry area with my luggages for free. WiFi was strong and reliable and the balcony while small was a cute area and windy area for breakfast

The hot water seems to have a time limit, which stopped working after showering for a while, not too big of a deal for me though.

Disappointing

Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. Instead of being welcoming and helpful, the owners gave the impression that they were doing me a favor by hosting me. Rather than assisting, they sat at the table watching in a way that felt judgmental and uncomfortable. This attitude made the stay far less pleasant than it should have been.

Clean and well maintained property. Peaceful location. Access to a well equipped kitchen. Nice open space in the private balcony. Conveniently located. 7-10 minutes drive to the airport. Few meters walk to the local supermarket. 10 minutes walk to town/beaches. Owners were helpful with our queries and went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. Thank you Lucia for the great advice you gave us during our stay.

Perfect place to stay

The owners were really friendly and welcoming. The room and the bathroom were nice. The balcony was a very relaxing place to have dinner and they had a clothing line to dry clothes, which was very handy.

Excellent stay!

It was perfect, excellent location. Dennise explained us everything about the area and gave us a map. The room had a fridge, excellent terrace and the communal kitchen was great with everything we needed to make us food. The price of the room was excellent and we had such a great time.

Villa Adria is a very nice hotel and its owners are very friendly and welcoming. the rooms are simple but clean, i was in one that had ita own balcony! check-in and check out were simple and fast, i could always ask for recommendation of places to viIsit, or anything i needed. would go again. A store and restaurant are nearby. A longer walk takes you to central cavtat with many dining choices, boat trips to Dubrovnik and other charming destinations and other services. recommended!

Wonderful hosts and location ❤️

Villa Adria is a perfect location with exceptional views. The owners of the establishment were, kind and so very helpful. Towels were changed every other day too! Which was a nice touch. The kitchenette facilities and accommodation were exceptionally clean and the balcony treated us to beautiful views. The shower was fantastic with great water pressure. They ticked every box for me and my partner. We will be back! Thank you so much to both of you! ❤️ Everything was beautiful 🌺

For us suitable place to stay for one night. We also enjoyed walking around the peninsula.

We enjoyed our one night stay. We just needed a cheap place with bed for one night on our way to Montenegro with our motorbike. It has private parking and comfortable room.

Fridge was noisy but we unplugged it for the night to clove the problem. Otherwise all good.

The apartment had a big terrace, comfy beds, good kitchen facilities good location 15 mins walk down into town, the walk back is not for the faint hearted 😂 but we did it 3 times a day, very friendly owners.

Amazing little spot very close to the city with breathtaking views over the valley, the mountains and the sea. The owners were super friendly, flexible with check-in and also accommodated a last minute change for an extra night. The room was super clean, comfortable bed, spacious bathroom with everything you need. The air conditioning and the cutest little balcony overlooking the garden was a plus. Also very handy to stay before flying out from Dubrovnik as it is very close to the airport. All in all, for the value for money and the location plus the comfort, I highly recommend this place and will stay again if coming back for Cavtat.

Great little apartment for an overnight stop over.

We were visiting Cavtat for a night whilst travelling around. This apartment was perfect for the night. We had a small balcony from which we could see the sea. It was basic but very clean and the host was lovely and helpful. It was only a 10 minute walk into the town but we used the number 10 bus back as quite a hill to climb. I would definitely recommend.
