Cavtat apt

We only booked it for 2 nights because of the proximity to the airport and early flight. Place is sparkling clean, well equipped, we had apt with a shaded balcony with a nice view of the sea and houses. Kitchen was well equipped as well. Apartment is quite spacious. Both hosts welcoming and speak very good English. We regret we could not stay longer! We give you 10 /10 guys!

The room was spotless clean, bed comfortable, kitchen was staffed with everything needed, sea view from the balcony was amazing, hospitality of the owners. Close to Dubrovnik, airport, multiple beaches not crowded even in a high season.

Very nice place

The apartment was very clean and had an amazing view! One highlight was the kindness of the owners... we had the opportunity to meet the owner and his daughter, both really nice and kind people!

Unfortunately in the apartment where we stayed the air conditioning was very weak and didn't help much with the hot weather

For the price, very disappointing

Clean, comfortable bed

Balcony with no view, bathroom cramped, shower very basic, kitchen with barely any utensils, not even a wine glass, no ice in fridge freezer, two pegs for washing, air conditioning in bedroom deafening, poor communication.

Lovely stay

Our host was amazing, so very helpful and her spoken English language was fantastic, making it very easy to communicate and ask questions. We were close to a shop, cash point, Bus stop and also a lovely restaurant which was very handy on our 1st night after arriving as we were able to get a meal after 10.30pm. The apartment was clean and had everything you need but we were also impressed during our week stay that our room was cleaned by the housekeeper which we didn't expect. Location was lovely, approximately 10 to 12 minute walk down to Cavtat, which is a lovely picturesque town.

The apartment was near the main road, therefore, there was constant traffic noise when you sat on the balcony but it was quiet inside the apartment. There was a steep hill to climb from Cavtat up to the apartment which was ok for us however if you had mobility issues then you'd be better off catching the bus up as the bus stop was only a short flat walk to the apartment . The apartment is also built over 3 storeys which gives you a long flight of steps to climb which can be difficult if you have mobility issues.

Spacious apartment with balcony short walk from Cavtat center.

The apartment was very clean and very spacious with nice balcony overlooking the sea in the distance. The reception staff was very welcoming and responsive. I felt very safe in the area as a female solo traveler even when walking in the evenings. There is a bus stop nearby taking you to near villages and Dubrovnik.

From the town to the apartment it is a bit of a hike up the hill but this is not an accomodation issue just a general comment about location.

Great location and great reception from the owners

Great location, spacious apartment with a balcony overlooking the sea. Fully equipped kitchen. And I must mention the couple who own the place, they are super friendly and welcoming, they gave us lots of tips and were very attentive.

A comfortable apartment within walking distance to everything Cavtat has to offer.

For us the location was good, a quick walk down to the marina and beach, there was shops to purchase groceries and excellent restaurants near the apartment. There was a washing line off the balcony which is useful when travelling with a small suitcase.

The apartment suited us, improvements would be a plug in the kitchen sink and a serrated bread knife. Small things which did not impact on our stay.

Lovely apartment, long walk.

A lovely, large apartment in a quiet, relaxing town on the Adriatic. Well stocked and set up for visitors. A market, restaurant, and bus stop are very close to the apartment.

It’s a good 10-15 minute walk into town down a very steep hill. That means a very steep walk back. You could also take the bus from the center one stop. There was also confusion when I tried to check in. Neither phone number worked. I don’t know why. Luckily the owner showed up.

Cozy and common in the uphill.

Liked the room overall, spacey, cool (with an ac unit), clean, okay bathroom and lovely balcony. Hosts were exceptional, very friendly and helpful, every need wax taken care of and good quick tour on the map, where to find everything. Cozy and common. Would rent again!

It's not as much of a negative, but stating a fact, Villa is almost on the highest point of the village, even if there is a store, restaurant and a bus stop close by. Hell of a climb from the harbor, tried it and it takes a toll.

Air conditioning unit did not work well. We got lucky with a "bura" wind cooling everything down so that we did not end up needing it, but without that wind it would have been very hot in the apartment.. as if there wasn't AC at all.

A beautiful stay in Cavtat

Unforgettable experience in Cavtat in a spacious, clean and comfortable apartment, with private bathroom, air conditioning and wifi. Towels changed every 4 days. Nice balcony with a side view of the sea, where you can have a pleasant breakfast and relax. Quiet neighborhood with a 10-15 minute walk to the center and the sea. The owners are very kind and friendly and offer to give information and rent you a car or a scooter if necessary. The bus stop for Dubrovnik and Cavtat center is 3 minutes away from the apartment, and there is also a small supermarket and a good cafe-restaurant. I would definitely recommend it.

Holidays in a beautiful Cavtat

Very nice apartment with the large separate bedroom and big balcony with the sea view. It is located only 10 minutes walk from the beautiful village of Cavtat with many beaches, restaurants and shops. There is also a good supermarket about 50m from the villa and a local restaurant nearby. The villa is about 7 minutes drive from Dubrovnik airport. The owner is very helpful, friendly and easy approachable.

Villa Adria is the best property in cavtat

1. The owner is very helpful, very nice. I had a feeling that I am at home therefore if you want to have the same feeling, you need to stay at this place. 2. rooms are huge, balcony with the sea view which can make your morning incredibly great. 3. it is cleaner than in the cleanest hospital in the world. 4. very equipped kitchen.

I would recommend this villa for anyone especially if you want to stay as family.

Great apartment in beautiful location

The apartment was clean, a great size and extremely good value - it had everything we needed to cook ourselves a meal and enjoy the views overlooking the bay. Ideal for a stay in Cavtat - which is stunning. We liked it here so much that our one night stay turned into three nights! The owners were also very helpful and friendly. Would highly recommend!

Nice apartment run by a nice and helpful family situated about up to nice 10 max 15 min walking distance to the town. Best ratio price/quality, highly recommend. Supermarket 1 min walking distance open till 10 p.m. Bus stop 2 min walking distance. Everything was o.k.
